Objective To improve the traditional management model of adverse events and to design an adverse event management system.Methods On the basis of the workstations for doctors and nurses as well as HIS (Hospital Information System), an adverse event management system was designed, and the adverse event management dictionary table and service table were built.Results The system standardized the worklfow of adverse event management and improved the work efifciency of clinical staff and related supervision departments.Conclusion Development of the software in combination of the development needs of the hospital had practical signiifcance.
Objective To standardize the login account and passwords of medical personnel and to achieve one password for a health-care worker during their work in the hospital so as to realize uniifed management of accounts by administrators. Methods The interface specification was developed and deployed for the system users from multiple aspects, including authentication, user account design and identity authorization management. Results One password for one health-care worker was realized during their work in the hospital so as to achieve centralized management of user information. Conclusion The problem of information redundancy between multiple systems was solved so as to make uniifed single sign-ons in various systems.
In view of the shortcomings of conventional management for the HIS (Hospital Information System) database, the methodology for Oracle database management was deployed so as to make the data, indexes and LOBs (Binary Large Object) segregated and constantly stored in respective ifles. This practice has contributed to hierarchical storage management of the database in a more secure and intuitive way and made the dataparallelly accesse data faster speed.

Structured electronic medical records(EMR) is a new kind of program popular in domestic hospitals at present,also the essential condition of digital hospital.Hospital record room is an important department to collect,systemize,store,offer and utilize the hospital information of the sick and wounded.This paper discusses the prophase and the initial stage of overall popularization of structured EMR in our hospital.Administrators of medical records should learn the usage method of EMR,and find existing problems and corresponding solution,to ensure that the new structured EMR could be smoothly applied.
近三年来,随着我国医疗改革的深入推进,医疗数字化建设发展迅速,不少省市建立了居民健康档案中心,全民健康信息在诊疗过程中的跨医院、跨地域共享已经逐步实现.针对目前我国血液透析病历仍未采用标准电子病历技术,造成血液透析病历信息不能纳入数字化居民健康档案中,在研究血液透析信息管理系统的同时,根据血液透析病历特点,研究标准化的“血液透析电子病历系统”,为血液透析中心提供完整的数字化临床信息系统.
