Afterthe background of open accessscientific journals was described, the trend of domesticopen access scientific journals was analyzed in terms of their number , influencing power , concern and support of related organi-zations suchas foundation , followed by an elaboration on the problems existed in domestic open access scientific jour-nals with stress laid on their operation fund, quality, copyright , networkplatform construction , distributionfeatures , and qualityassess system .

After the application of RFID in domestic libraries, its outcomes and related problems were described, the authors pointed out that Internet of Things-based smart library is the future library direction.

Objective The influences of information service mechanism of disaster medicine and the strategy of sustainable development on National Library of Medicine( NLM) were analyzed. Three major information service products and contingency preparedness were introduced, including the Radiation Event Medical Management Web Site( REMM), Wireless Information System for Emergency Responders( WISER) and MedlinePlus. It is suggested that disaster medicine information services and its development here in China should be designedly carried out with references of NLM based the public need for health information.

运用共现分析法与引文分析法,以CNKI数据库为基础,检索2004-2012年间的RFID技术在图书馆应用相关文献,利用CitespaceⅡ分析软件,绘制我国图书馆应用RFID技术领域的热点主题、高产作者、高产机构、高产期刊和高被引期刊知识图谱以及引文知识图谱,对这些图谱进行综合对比分析,最后进行讨论和展望。对明确我国图书馆应用RFID技术的现状、前沿、发展趋势,以及发现存在问题,梳理其发展脉络,提出合理化建议具有一定的意义。

This paper probes into the origins and essential connotations of the library spirit and volunteer spirit, puts forward some integration points of the library spirit and volunteer spirit such as the freedom, equality, mutual assistance,public welfare,union and cooperation, and points out that the library provides the real soil for are platforms for promoting the volunteer spirit, and the volunteers practice the library spirit,the interaction between the library spirit and volunteer spirit makes the library cause and volunteer cause promote each other and develop commonly.

Connecting with the practical work of military medical library,this paper puts forward some suggestions on improving the service and management level of military medical library from aspects of strengthening the construction of literature resources for highlighting the characteristics of military medicine,strengthening the innovation of service contents for improving the service level,strengthening the scientific management for improving the management mode, and strengthening the talent construction for improving staff’s qualities,etc.

After the main book acquisition methods in academic libraries were compared,a user-based book acquisition model was proposed,which introduces the user-orientated concept into book acquisition with users' need as the starting and central point and lets readers participate in book acquisition,thus forming a virtuous need-feedback cycle in use of books,improving the library holdings and utilization of books.
