Different nitrogen fertilizer rates on growth development of soilless culture of Salvia splendens.The results showed that Salvia splendens appropriated nitrogen application rate was: Ca(NO3)2·4H2O 100~ 130 mg/100g H2O,could effectively increase the string of stem diameter,inflorescence length,chlorophyll content,soluble protein content and root activity the indicators,to promote the growth of a string of Salvia splendens,so that robust ornamental plant growth increased.
用混合基质、沙、园土3种基质对豫西山区5种野生百合鳞片进行扦插繁殖试验。结果表明,5种野生百合鳞片在不同基质中的成球率不同,混合基质中最高;同一基质中,鳞茎的不同部位分化小鳞茎的能力不同,中层鳞片成球率最高。
Carried out cultivation test of 5 kinds of wild Lily in Moutainous area of South Henan.The results showed:five wild lilies can be normal growth,flowering,seed,showed more stability and adaptability to the environment,only a few flowering in the area showed a greater difference on environmental factors on the Lily flower bud of a greater impact.
The influence of 4 kinds of soilless substrates on the flower size was studied using 4 tree peony varieties(Paeonia suffruticosa cv Luoyanghong,P.suffruticosa cv Yinghongqiaodui,P.suffruticosa cv Yingluobaozhu and P.suffruticosa cv Sihelian) as the material.The result indicated that under the test condition,P.suffruticosa cv Yinghongqiaodui was the best,and P.suffruticosa cv Luoyanghong and P.suffruticosa cv Sihelian the second.The best composezation of the substrate was: vermiculite:peat earth=1∶1 and pearlite:vermiculite:peat earth=1∶1∶1,then pearlite∶peat earth=1∶1.
[Objective] The research aimed to provide basis for further domestication,cultivation and development and utilization of wild lily resources in the mountainous area of western Henan province.[Method] Based on the systematic investigation on wild lily resources in the mountainous area of western Henan province,the morphological characteristics of 5 collected species of wild lily including Lilium lancifolium Thunb.,Liliun pumilum DC.,Lilium pumilum,Lilium callosum and Lilium davidii were compared.[Result] The bulb shape,color and squama shape among 5 species of wild lily in the mountainous area of western Henan province had obvious differences and the stem color and its adjunction both had greater difference.The shape of leaves had greater difference.The feature difference of flower was obvious and the difference of flower attitude was greater.The flower of Lilium davidii showed milkiness with aroma,while the flowers of other lily species showed nacarat or red without aroma.The feature difference of flower pistil was obvious and the color of stigma,style and anther had some difference.[Conclusion] Different species of wild lily in the mountainous area of western Henan province all had certain differences in the shape of such organs as bulb,stem,leaves and flowers.
In this paper, to the general three surfaces (Circle, Ellipse and Parabola) of the greenhouse, the light, land utilizing and warmth-keeping efficiencies caculating models are given. Through analysing it also indicates that all the three surfaces' light efficiencies decrease according to the increase of the latitudes, decrease to days to the winter solstice, decrease to the planting height and increase to the ratio of the height and span of the greenhouse. In the three surfaces, the highest light efficiency is circle's, next one is the Ellipse's, no matter what the changes of time, place and ratio of height and span are. In another side, the land utilizing efficiency of Ellipse surface is the best, but the warmth-keeping efficiency of it is the lowest. So what the surface should be selected must be on the basis of what to be needed. This paper has given the best suggestion.
