Based on the physical mechanism that clay mineral can produce characteristic spectrum at shortwave infrared ray(SWIR),we chose the characteristic wave band of clay mineral,used the actual analysis results and test data of the mineral components,and adopted multivariate linear regression analysis to build model for inversing the soil clay mineral content of Jinchanggouliang area of Inner Mongolia.The study results demonstrated that applying soil spectral reflectance which was corresponding with the characteristic wave band to establish forecast model could carry out the inversion of hydrated clay mineral content in the soil of this area.The clay mineral content influenced the discretion of the soil spectral reflectance.
以沈阳市为例,对四期遥感影像进行了景观类型分类提取,并分析了城市扩张、景观指数变化以及两者之间的相关性.结果表明:1979~ 2007年沈阳市城市用地快速增长,耕地逐年减少;景观类型趋于多样化;景观破碎化程度日趋复杂;城市扩张与景观格局变化相关性明显.
Based on the research of the conventional radar data features and surface features classification,this paper mainly studies the target decomposition method of dual polarization SAR image,and organically combines the decomposition information of polarization with conventional radar data,based on the neural network,to be used in vegetation classification,which greatly enhances the ability of vegetation identification and classification ability.
The method of apparent thermal inertia is one of the important ways in monitoring soil moisture by thermal infrared remote sensing.Apparent thermal inertia of soil can be obtained by calculating the soil albedo and the land surface temperature daily range.Based on the theory of inverting soil moisture by apparent thermal inertia,the middle part of the Jilin Province is chosen as the study area and the month of April is the study time phase.Based on the theory of inverting soil moisture by apparent thermal inertia,the data of MODIS_L1B are used to calculate the parameters of the inverting model to obtain the specific value of the apparent thermal inertia.Than the linear regression analysis is used between the ATI and the actually measured soil moisture.The result passed the significant level of t-test by confidence 0.01 and the correlation coefficient R=0.831.The soil type impact on the soil moisture content differences is analyzed and the result consists with the calculating value of ATI.
BACKGROUND:The ischemic injury of pancreas is a common practical problem in the clinic,which is difficult to solve.The routine methods of prevention and treatment get little success.Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) are a widely accepted modus that is developed in the recent years to treat injury,so it is necessary to find an effective way to treat the ischemic injury of pancreas using stem cells.OBJECTIVE:To study the repair effect of BMSCs on ischemic injury of pancreas.METHODS:Adherent culture and tissue culture were used to get highly purified BMSCs,which were incubated in L-DMEM containing 20% fetal bovine serum.Following three subcultures,BMSCs were labeled by enhanced green fluorescent protein recombinant adenovirus by injection into local pancreas of animal models where ischemic injury happened.Survival rate of the rats was observed,and the position of the marked cells in frozen sections was observed by confocal microscopy.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Highly purified BMSCs were harvested from adherent culture.The survival rate was significantly higher in injected animals than the control rats.The results of confocal microscopy indicated that after 24 hours of the injection,the cells reached the ischemic part and aggregated in the microcirculatory system,and then entered the injured part gradually and heavily,finally got highly expressed in the microcirculatory system and conduit system.Results have suggested that the survival rate of the rats can be heightened by local injection of BMSCs,and this is propitious to the recovery of ischemic pancreas.
目的 比较不同方法提取菱角挥发油的效果,为菱角挥发油化学成分分析、药材道地性研究提供参考依据.方法 采用水蒸气蒸馏法(SD)、微波辅助萃取法(ME)提取菱角挥发油, 然后用气相色谱--质谱联合分析法(GC - MS)对提取物的化学成分进行分析.结果 水蒸气蒸馏法提取物中分离、鉴定出了23个组分,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯相对含量是13.47%;微波辅助萃取法提取物中分离、鉴定出10个组分,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯相对含量是57.98%.结论 不同提取法得到的挥发油在成分及相对含量上有明显差别;微波辅助萃取法更适合于邻苯二甲酸二丁酯的提取.
Objective To improve rat models of spinal cord ischemia reperfusion injury.Methods Wistar rats were used for preparation of the models of spinal cord ischemia reperfusion injury by the artery clamp and silk-ligature,respectively.The abdominal aorta was ligated with ligation-line for a certain period of time,the end of ligature ventrolaterally was pulled to reperfuse without second laparotomy.The hindlimb neurological function scores and pathological observation were performed in order to compare the effects of the two methods.Results The results of the hindlimb neurological function scores and pathological observation showed that there is no significantly different between the two methods.Conclusion The silk-ligature method can avoid the second laparotomy and the exposure of organs for long time caused by opened abdomen,which is better than traditional artery clamps methods and may replace it.
