随着开发时间延长,大庆西部外围油田产量逐年减少,为了弥补产量递减,2012年采油九厂开始开发动用致密油层.由于致密油储层岩性致密、资源丰度低、有效厚度薄、开发难度大,而且致密油投产后初期产量高、递减快,生命周期短,给地面工程建设带来规模难以确定、单井建设投资高等一系列困难.多年的科研攻关与试验表明,水平井+大规模体积压裂是最有效的开发方式.在齐平2和龙26区块产能建设时,通过采取有效措施,如"以电代油"钻井,新建压裂返排液处理工艺,有依托井采用先拉后输的集油工艺,偏远无依托井采用集中拉油工艺,以及有针对性地开展多种计量方式和不同道路设计等,既降低了建设投资,减少了运行费用,又保证了致密油的有效开发.
The investment of surface facilities construction was decreased by optimizing hole pattern and adopting electric heating for oil gathering and oil-gas multiphase transfer technology as well as lowcost exploitation technology including small circle water blending technique,water-carrying road section,and optimization of pumping unit.The construction mode and operation was analyzed by comparing the economic data before and after taking the above-mentioned measures.The conclusion is of significance to the effective exploitation of low-yield and low-permeability oilfield in Daqing peripheral area.
针对大庆西部外围油田地面系统存在着产油量下降、设施腐蚀老化、区域负荷不平衡和运行能耗高等问题。因此,在老油田系统优化调整中,通过布局优化和工艺优化,改变布站方式和处理流程,将老油田调整与新建产能结合,采用新技术,加强节能技术改造,进行集油环优化,采取关、停、并、转、串等措施,取得了较好的效果。
