针对汽车玻璃黑边区域划痕的自动检测需求,以汽车角窗玻璃为对象,进行划痕视觉检测方法的研究.首先采用灰度值拉伸来凸显划痕,通过维纳滤波降噪和LaP1acian算子的锐化加强划痕细节,然后利用区域生长分割法进行玻璃黑边区域分割,采用形态学方法实现灰尘等干扰信息的去除以及断裂划痕的连接,最后用8领域连通区域标记法进行划痕的识别和标记.测试结果表明,该算法适用于不同型号的汽车玻璃黑边区域划痕的检测,检测的准确率达到99%,划痕标记的准确率达到97%,检测速度快,符合在线检测的要求.

The system adopts a principal and subordinate control system which was formed with PC and PLC. KingView supervisory combination software is used in the design, and KingView’s dynamic database can connect well with siemens PLC by hotlink to form a temperature controlling system.
