本文开展了一款可移动烟草秸秆催化燃烧设备的研发及应用试验.结果表明:设备性能良好,主要以粉碎的烟草秸秆为燃料,解决了传统燃烧炉原料单一问题;设备炉体采用二次催化燃烧结构,热值利用率显著提高,达到93%;设备在废气和烟尘排放方面显著优于普通燃煤立式炉,符合环保要求;设备可移动,配套的集装箱防腐性好,强度高,寿命长,导热系数≤0.020,保温保湿性能好;使用可移动烟草秸秆催化燃烧设备,节约了成本,提高了烤后烟叶色度、油分以及上等烟比例,实现了秸秆资源化利用,减少了烟田次年病虫害发生概率,降低了烟叶烘烤季节的烟尘和二氧化硫排放,减轻了环境污染.
为提高上部叶的工业可用性,以NC102品种3个不同采收成熟度(BM1、BM2、BM3)的烤后上部烟叶为材料,分析了叶尖、叶中、叶基3个分切区段的外观质量、物理性状、化学成分及其可用性指数(CCUI)和感官质量的差异.结果表明,同一成熟度下,烟叶外观质量总分表现为叶中>叶基>叶尖;填充值在低、中成熟度时表现为叶尖高于叶中和叶基,其他物理指标差异不显著;还原糖含量和糖碱比在低、中成熟度下表现为叶尖<叶中<叶基,在高成熟度下差异不显著,淀粉含量在各成熟度下均表现为叶尖<叶中<叶基,钾含量和钾氯比在各成熟度下均表现为叶尖>叶中>叶基,总氮含量、烟碱含量及氮碱比在不同区段及不同成熟度间差异不显著;低、中成熟度下烟叶CCUI为叶尖<叶中<叶基,且低成熟度处理中叶基段与叶尖和叶中段差异达到显著水平,高成熟度下则无显著差异.随成熟度提高,不同区段烟叶外观质量、物理性状、化学成分及CCUI间的差异总体呈逐渐缩小的趋势.烟叶感官质量得分表现为:低、中成熟度下叶尖<叶基<叶中,高成熟度下叶尖>叶中>叶基.综上,采收成熟度影响叶片不同区段的质量,低、中成熟度烟叶的叶中和叶基段综合质量优于叶尖段,而高成熟度下叶尖段化学成分整体协调性和感官质量优于叶中和叶基段.

In order to investigate the utilization potentials of tobacco (Nicotiana spp.) seeds, the seeds of 6 varieties of N. rustica L.and 31 varieties of N. tabacum L. were collected to study the difference in the composition and contents of crude protein, fat, fatty acid, phytosterol and squalene among varieties with an one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) method. The seeds of N. rustica varieties contain higher crude protein and lower fat comparing to those of N. tabacum varieties. The contents of crude protein and fat were significantly different among the seeds of N. tabacum varieties. The seeds of N. rustica varieties have higher content of Met, Lys and total essential amino acids than those of N.tabacum, and also have a higher ratio of essential amino acid to non-essential amino acid as well as a higher ratio coefficient of amino acids. The amino acid pattern in N. rustica varieties is close to the FAO/WHO recommendation and has a high closeness coefficient with eggs protein recommended by FAO. The contents of linoleic acid, campesterol and β-sitosterol were obviously higher in the seeds of N. rustica varieties than in those of N. tabacum varieties, which showed an opposite pattern to the contents of squalene, cholesterol, 4-methyl-7-encholestyl alcohol, stigmasterol and α-sitosterol. There was no significant difference in the contents of total unsaturated fatty acid and sterol between the seeds of N. tabacum varieties and N. rustica varieties. In conclusion, the seeds of N. rustica have a higher feed value while the seeds of N. tabacum have a higher fat value.
Metalaxyl Mn Zn, oxadixyl Mn Zn, dexon, bacillus were tested to study the control effect against tobacco blank shank and the effect on tobacco yield and output value. The results showed that the control effects of bacillus and oxadixyl Mn Zn were above 80%, and their tobacco output value, average price, the proportion of superior tobacco were also higher than the other two pesticide. Metalaxyl Mn Zn and dexon showed poor control effects against tobacco blank shank.
Dilute tobacco-plaiting and dense tobacco-loading was studied to improve the utilization ratio and tobacco qualities. The results showed that dilute tobacco-plaiting and dense tobacco-loading can reduce the cost of flue-cured tobacco,improve the appearance quality of tobacco leaves,increase the proportion of first and medium class of fiue-cured tobacco,so this technology can be promoted.
分析了密集烘烤自控设备推广应用中存在的问题,采取的主要措施和取得的效果,并提出应用建议,以期为今后自控设备的应用提供参考。
[Objective] To investigate effects of different fresh leaves classification on tobacco leaf quality and benefit. [Method]The cost,economic traits,original appearance quality with two different fresh leave classification methods were studied and analyzed. [Result] The experiment showed that the classification according to maturity can save 3. 9 labor than CK,yield increasing of 467. 40 yuan / hm2; the classification according to maturity and length can save 4. 4 labor,yield increasing of 792. 30 yuan / hm2. [Conclusion]The study can provide reference basis for improving quality and efficiency and reducing cost in tobacco production.
In order to select flue-cured tobacco varieties appropriate for planting in Ju′nan of Shandong Province,variety comparison test for flue-cured tobacco varieties was analyzed in 2012.The botanical character,agronomic character,economic characters and leaf qualities of five varieties (NC297,NC102,ZC-01,NC55 and zhongyan100)were studied. The results showed that the comprehensive performance of NC55 and NC102 were better than zhongyan100(CK),and they should be recommended for future planting in Ju′nan.
