文章在分析目前校企合作不能实现可持续发展问题的基础上,以河北廊坊为例,研究如何切合企业需求,以提高企业在校企合作中主动性为主线,加大政府多方面引导作用,共建校企合作可持续发展的新机制。

Industry clusters are the most effective ways to develop regional economies and strengthen regional competitiveness.Industrial clusters must be built by means of regional brand.Analyzing the enterprise game model in the formation of regional brands,the author finds that,to develop a healthy industry cluster,enterprises must establish stable,long-term partnerships,improve cooperative ways and structures,strengthen information exchange inside the cluster;in addition,government departments must create sound institutional,legal and cultural environments,promoting enterprise cooperation,and build a fair allocation mechanism,thus guide and inspire regional brands to compete cooperatively,enhancing regional brand influence.

本文在分析国内外产业集群相关研究方法的基础上,以河北省廊坊市燕郊产业集群为例,综合应用定性和定量的分析方法,尝试性地进行了区域产业集群的识别与选择研究,用空间基尼系数衡量产业集中度,用投入产出法衡量聚合度。集中度高并且聚合度也高的集群有明显的产业集群特征。结论显示,燕郊产业大类中,集群度比较高的是新能源产业,集群度中等的是机械制造产业和电子信息产业,医疗保健产业还没有形成产业集群。

There are development opportunities and challenges in Hainan orchid marketing.Its value can be improved,for a long time,however,its orchid industry develops slowly,and it always keeps the traditional circulation mode： company ＋ base ＋ flower farmers,which leads to high logistic cost.The e-marketing will help form integration of production,supply and marketing to reduce costs.The construction of e-commerce platform provides timely information and technology service for production,purchasing and marketing,change orchid from extensive to intensive production,realize sharing in market,technology,and product information,and increase added value,sales value and competitiveness of orchid.The government should increase investment,personnel quality,cooperation with educational sectors,establish product quality standards on orchid,develop and change new varieties,and improve the logistics system into the biggest network trading platform on orchid in China.

车辆路径问题是一个NP-hard问题,传统的方法对其进行有效求解,本文分析了蚁群算法在VRP问题中的可行性,并提出了自适应策略对传统的蚁群算法进行改进,该策略可以根据不同搜索阶段调整参数提高算法的收敛速度。最后,通过芜湖市的数据对该方法进行检验,实验结果显示,本文提出的自适应蚁群算法的性能优于传统的蚁群算法。
