Objective:Through the evidence-based nursing(EBN) method for convalescence schizophrenia medication adherence problems provide scientific nursing intervention,to improve the therapeutic effect of schizophrenia and the quality of life.Methods:To conform to the standards of 160 patients with schizophrenia and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,each group with 80 cases.The patients in control group treated by psychiatric routine therapy and nursing,The observation group in the conventional treatment at the same time basis evidence-based nursing path.To observe and compare two sets of patients.Respectively in the group,admission 2 months,discharge in brief psychiatric scale(BPRS) and medication adherence(homemade form) assess.Results:The observation group patients medication adherence has improved significantly higher than that in control group(P 0.05),to decrease the recurrence rate have obvious effect.Conclusion:Evidence-based nursing is effective nursing way to improve recovery patients with schizophrenia medication adherence problems valid.Evidence-based nursing could promote medication adherence of patients with schizophrenia,in recovery stage.
