In comparison with soybeans in conventional storage,the change of soybean quality with time at different storage temperatures under controlled atmosphere storage with N2 was studied.The test shows that,under the same storage condition, the higher storage temperature results in the more remarkable quality deterioration of soybeans.Controlled atmosphere storage with N2 is better than conventional storage in keeping the storage quality of soybeans.Controlled atmosphere storage with N2 can effectively suppress the decrease of germination rate,watersoluble protein and nitrogen solubility index(NSI) and the increase of fat acid value,but has no great influence on the contents of crude fat and crude protein in soybeans.
After analyzing the causes of broken corn and the harm it brings,the technical measures intended to reduce the percentage of broken corn and promote the economic benefits for grain depots are suggested including adjusting the technological parameters during drying,improving the structure of equipment,modifying the techniques of loading and unloading corns and adding buffers inside of the bins.

研究了高压静电预处理后的番茄在保鲜过程中的呼吸强度、抗压强度以及失重情况的变化规律.结果表明,利用电场强度为150 kV/m的高压静电场预处理番茄45 min后,可使自然条件下番茄的呼吸高峰推迟4 d后出现,并发现高压静电预处理能有效地保持番茄较高的表面抗压强度和较低的失重率,延长番茄的贮藏保鲜时间.
