当前,职业院校课程思政建设多以某一门课或者某一堂课的视角进行探索和实践,存在两张皮、碎片化、落实难等问题.文章从测绘地理信息专业群的角度,系统化、整体性设计,在融合机制建设、思政元素挖掘、教师团队培养、激励评价体系等方面"下深水",经过在四川水利职业技术学院等职业院校的探究和实践,工作形成了模式,育人取得了实效.
水为万物之本源,中华水文化源远流长.海纳百川兼容并蓄,以水作为媒介而产生的文化聚合体,水文化以其内在的文化魅力和精神成果潜移默化地发挥着"以文化人"的作用机制.四川水利职业技术学院以中华传统水文化为源头活水,充分融合红色文化、校园文化、工匠文化,践行红、蓝、金"三色"育人理念,构建新时期水利高职院校高技术技能人才的培养模式.
2019年,国务院颁布《国家职业教育改革实施方案》,明确提出要打造一批高水平实训基地.四川水利职业技术学院自1956年建校以来,一直坚持产学结合、以产助学,以需求为导向,对接水利水电产业链,建成集勘察设计院、监理公司、机械实训工厂、教学科研电厂为一体,能同时容纳1000余人实习实训的生产型实训基地;构建完善基于水利水电产业链的高水平实训基地,支撑水利水电专业链与产业链耦合对接,为技术技能人才培养培训、双师素质教师培养、社会技术服务做出了积极贡献.按照"产教融合、创新驱动、开放共享"理念,积累铸炼形成"群链耦合、五位一体、现代治理"模式,在高职院校中具有较好的借鉴意义.
在"产教融合、校企合作、工学结合、知行合一"职教理念下,狠抓内涵发展、质量提升和服务现代职业教育体系构建,是职教人的使命和担当.四川水利职业技术学院基于水利行业性向,把人才培养模式改革创新作为抓内涵、提质量的关键,并结合学院自身办学条件与行业特色,经过"四个阶段、三全措施、四大保障、三个台阶"的人才培养实践,形成了"亦校亦厂、师徒传承、能力递进、进阶入岗"的人才培养模式.
党的十八大以来,党中央强调加强大学生思想政治教育和推进大众创业、万众创新的重要性,教育部制定了一系列配套政策文件,要求最终要落实到课程上.新时代,高职课程建设改革必须坚持将思政教育和双创教育融入教学全过程.高职《工程测量》课程具有很强的基础性、操作性和实践性,根据教学实践,在新时代开展课程改革中初步形成了"3324"改革策略.
A large number of data for the mining subsidence monitoring and prediction is provided by the remote sensing image of mining area,it plays an important role of the mining subsidence monitoring and prediction with high precise of mining area. Due to the existing factors of the complex of the natural environment of mining area,instability of image system voltage, the remote image of mining area is usually influenced by the above factors,the overall is blurred,so,it is difficult to extract the useful information accurately. Combing with the bilateral filtering algorithm and wavelet thresholding method, a new filtering method of the remote sensing image of mining area is proposed. Firstly,based on the pefect performance for edge preserving of bilateral filtering algorithm,so,it is used to deal with the noise remote sensing image of mining area to eliminate the part of the noise;then,the initial filtering image is conducted three-layers wavelet decomposition, the low-frequency and high-frequency decomposition coefficients are obtained,because of the low-frequency coefficients do not contain noise,so,keep it unchanged,a new wavelet exponential thresholding model is proposed to deal with the high-frequency wavelet decomposition coefficients;fi-nally,the filtered high-frequency wavelet decomposition coefficients and the original low-frequency wavelet decomposition coef-ficients are reconstructed,the filtered remote image with good visual effects is obtained. The two remote sensing image of a min-ing area is taken as the test data,the test results show that the filtering effects of the new filtering method proposed in this paper is superior to the bilateral filtering algorithm and wavelet soft thresholding model,it has some reference for processing the re-mote sensing of mining area with high efficient and improving the precise of mining subsidence and prediction.
At present,in accordance with the unified deployment of the CPC central committee and the state council,the innovation system mechanism stimulates vitality of running a school,improves the quality of education,accelerates the development of modern vocational education,which is a sacred mission of the era that has entrusted to the vocational education front. From the perspective of the concept,model and technics,this paper discusses on the college- enterprise cooperation system and mechanism innovation,service to build modern vocational education system based on the industry.
炉霍县位于四川省甘孜州中北部,近年来,穿城而过的秋日河泥石流已发生17次,洪涝灾害发生20余次,严重威胁藏区人民的生命及财产安全并制约了地方经济的发展.文章利用GIS空间分析功能,结合遥感技术,根据地质灾害发育分布特征,用层次分析法,建立了炉霍县地质灾害性综合评价模型,划分出易发分区和防治分区.

The employment situation of college students is increasingly severe,so more attention is given to their career planning and employment guidance by colleges and the society.To implement the career planning of higher vocational college students and give play to its role in students' occupational development,a service system for students' career development should be established,so as to provide services for higher vocational college students and help them better accomplish their career planning.This paper introduces the current situation of the service for higher vocational college students' career development,analyzes their appeals respectively from the angle of the society,enterprises,colleges and students themselves,and then discusses the construction of "three-four-three-one-five" system for the service of higher vocational college students' career development.
高职院校校园文化体现着一所大学在发展过程中特有的文化形态,已成为院校竞争力的重要组成部分。近年来,在灾难中挺立的四川水利职业技术学院在特色校园文化打造上取得了一定的成效,本文对学院的建设成果进行总结分析,做了一些思考,以期对高职院校特色校园文化建设有一定现实意义。
高职生的思想主流是积极健康的,有较强的责任感和社会公德意识,对党的路线、方针、政策坚决拥护。但随着社会的不断向前发展,高职生的价值观也呈现出多元化、实用化和矛盾化等特点。培育新时期高职生的社会主义核心价值现成为时代发展的必然要求,也是构建社会主义和谐社会的迫切需要。
