近年来,P2P网络借贷行业在中国市场异常活跃,但随之问题也日渐突显,准入制度的健全是一个亟需关注的问题.目前,网络借贷平台市场准入制度存在设立标准低;备案登记的主体、遵循的相关程序及承担的具体责任不明晰;网络借贷平台定位与业务属性存在模糊性等法律问题.因此,我国网络借贷平台市场准入制度的健全需要提高市场准入的强制性和有效性,采用分级分类方式设计市场准入制度,同时对平台注册资本金设置合理的门槛,对管理人员资质作出硬性规定,对网络借贷平台的法律责任也作出明确规定.同时,辅之以相应的配套机制.

The fast development and widely use of computers and network communication causes the advanced model of modern distance education.Streaming media technology has been applied in many fields such as remote open education,VOD,direct seeding in Internet and video session,etc.This paper studies the methods of how to apply the streaming media technology in the remote education.
In traditional 3d fabric simulation,because of the randomness effect of fabric movement state,fabric simulated 3d coordinate in athletic process will occur dislocation,and motion state mutations increase movement process of the parameters of the fabric of 3d dynamic randomicity,making the fabric 3d coordinate produces small neighborhood mutation and 3d photo-realistic fabric simulation result is not quite clear.In order to solve this problem,this paper proposed a small neighborhood 3d movement constraint estimate fabric simulation algorithm,which uses markov movement model and the collision of the movement of the randomness to constraint fabric range limited area,and realize the real 3d fabric of computer simulation.Experiment results show that this method can achieve real 3d simulation fabric,real degrees higher.
Wireless sensor network(WSN) is an energy limited special network,traditional LEACH routing algorithms can not consider the surplus energy of cluster head and energy balance,resulting in very short network survival time.In order to prolong the network survival time,this paper put forward an improved LEACH routing algorithm.In the cluster head choice stage,the cluster was chosen by the surplus energy nodes,avoid the nodes with low residual energy becoming cluster heads.Then,in data transmission stage,the hybrid transmission mode with single-hop and multi-hop was used to balance the whole network energy.The simulation results show that,compared with the traditional LEACH routing algorithm,the energy consumption of all nodes in the network is more balanced improved algorithm and the life time of the entire network is prolonged.
Traditional fabric simulation method,is based on the mathematical model of the yarn cylindrical,is simple Abstraction of the yarn,and it doesn't take into account the properties of the yarn and light and shade.It will lead to sharp gradient of the simulative surface brightness and unsatisfactory simulation result of the weft backed fabric.In order to solve this problem,this paper put forward a new 2D fabric simulation method.From the structure of the weft backed fabric,the method derived the criterion and established the mathematical model of the weft backed fabric.Combined the yarn model and weft backed fabric model to realize the realistic simulation.The simulation effects show that the method is feasible.
This paper analysed the features of fuzzy ontology and considered the advantages of modularization and multi-strategy mapping,then proposed a semantic Web oriented fuzzy ontology model and a modularized multi-strategy fuzzy ontology mapping method aiming at the model.The efficiency and accuracy of fuzzy ontology mapping were improved by using this method.At the end,the mapping results were merged and repaired by using the approach of iterative correction,so that the mapping results are more reliable.
