随着共享单车、共享汽车的深入人心,"共享"这一新的事物逐渐融入人们的日常生活.自助游行业的快速发展,使得共享房屋在我国迅速崛起.共享房屋给人们带来便利的同时,也带来了信息泄露、政府难以介入和缺乏执法依据等问题.本文通过研究共享房屋的现状与问题,进而探索共享房屋健康发展的新思路.

"破案"一词兼具"程序、步骤"和"过程"两方面的含义。作为"程序、步骤"的"破案",只是公安机关内部的一个行业用语,刑事诉讼法没有相关的规定,而且,其在侦查实践中的原有作用随着侦查体制的改革也已不复存在。"破案"的"程序、步骤"含义应当取消,"破案"不是刑事案件侦查的必经程序。

The criminal case detection curriculum is a trunk one of detection major in public security colleges.In the present teaching system there are problems that can't tally with the changes of detection idea,can't tally with the legal laws and regulations,and also problems which contents are repetitive and overlapping,the detection methods are imperfect Induced,and also the key points are not prominently emphasized.When reforming criminal case detection curriculum teaching system,we should take a case procedure as a master line to find commonness in each kind of criminal case detection methods,and merge the essential methods of the case investigation and detection evidence collections into one organic whole.Then aims at the characteristic of different case again,and to analyze difficulty and key of the detection.

长期以来,我国警方在系列杀人案件信息披露上是以破案率为出发点,而不是以公民的生命安全为最高目标,导致目标错位。为此,公安机关要建立起“公民生命高于警方破案”的理念,尊重公民生命,维护公民知情权,构建起制度性的系列杀人案件信息披露机制。
