Objective To observe the curative effect of ultrasound aerosol inhalation Tanreqing injection to treat viral pneumonia.Methods Select 80 cases of elderly viral pneumonia from June 2009 to June 2010 in Second AffiliatedHospital of Mudanjiang Medical College,which were randomly divided into two groups,40 in the control group were treated with 30 mL Tanreqing injection + 250 mL 0.9% saline by intravenous drip;40 in the treatment group were treated with Tanreqing injection 30 mL + distilled water 20 mL by the route of ultrasonic atomizing inhalation,2 times per day.After 7 d treatment,the symptoms and improvement occurence time of the two groups were compared.Results The curative effect of two groups had statistical significantly difference(P0.05),the symptoms and improvement occurrence time of the treatment group were significantly reduced than the control group(P0.05).Conclusion Tanreqing injection of ultrasonic atomizing inhalation route to treat viral pneumonia has good clinical application worth with definite effect and no obvious adverse reactions.

<正>我院是牡丹江市九所市级医院中的一所规模较大的三级甲等医院,前身是牡丹江铁路分局医院,创建与1946年,2003年与铁路系统脱离归属于牡丹江医学院成为其第二附属医院,是一所集医疗、教学、科研、预防保健、急诊急救于一体的三级综合性医院。由于既往为铁路系统医院,服务对象相对较窄;改制后,面向全市开放,患者较前明显增加。配备有一辆救护车,出诊医护人员由急诊科承担,年接诊患者600余次,我院的120急救系统同时也纳入了市级120指挥系统统一调动,在近几年来院前急诊急救出诊过程中所遇到的一些情况讨论如下。

Objective:To develop Qinbo liniment,to observe the treatment of exudative dermatitis of hand,foot and ringworm and eczema treatment. Methods: Preparation methods,the development of quality control programs to observe the clinical efficacy. Results: The course of treatment no adverse reactions,and the total efficiency of 93.75%. Conclusions: The prescription of the agents reasonable,feasible technology and effective,easy to use,it is worth promoting.

目的:探讨超声诊断胆囊穿孔的价值。方法:运用彩色多普勒超声对12例胆囊穿孔患者的胆囊及周围组织进行系统检查。结果:12例胆囊穿孔,其胆囊壁均可见回声连续中断,胆囊腔内透声差,胆囊周围或右上腹可见液性暗区。胆囊及胆管结石引起穿孔11例,穿孔发生在胆囊底部9例。结论:超声可以对胆囊穿孔做出明确诊断,同时可对引起穿孔的原因及病变程度做出判断。
