This thesis briefly introduces the application of the Marzori DTM139 long spinning vehicle to Huafei Co.,Ltd.By combining with main performance characteristics including low breakage rate,high capacity and low ingot employment of the long vehicle and the functional characteristics including automatic doffing device and without doffer features,it compares the advantages and disadvantages of long vehicle with those of the short vehicle in aspects of the production efficiency and labor quantity etc.Moreover,it specifically describes the requirements for parameter adjustment,setting of the section length of each part,equipment maintenance and other aspects when the vehicle is used.
