在高质量发展背景下,校企合作在人才培养方面的关键作用应被高职院校所充分重视.大力开展校企合作,学生可以获得技能提升的机会,高职院校的人才培养质量也将越来越能满足社会企业的发展需求.而现阶段,高职院校在与企业进行深入合作方面还存在种种问题,校企合作的价值并没有完全发挥出来.基于此,本文将分析校企合作的关键意义,根据现阶段高职院校在校企合作方面存在的问题,提出相应的解决对策,以促进校企合作实现高质量发展.

本文以衡智众创空间的建立为契机,探索建设众创空间载体,有效整合资源,集成政策措施,完善服务体系,培育创新文化,释放科技活力,以创新引领创业,切实提升高校服务经济社会发展能力,有力推动大学生创新创业.

近几年,高职生就业问题越来越成为社会关注的焦点,如何提高就业率和就业质量成为高职学校工作的重点。本文分析了高职毕业生面临的主要问题,从收集多方信息、召开校园招聘会、加强校企联合、鼓励学生自主创业等多方拓展就业渠道,对解决高职毕业生就业问题进行一些探索性研究。

Practical instruction is an important part of higher vocational and technical education as well as a necessary means to improve students' abilities.However,newly-established vocational and technical colleges hardly do very well in this aspect.This article puts forwards four suggestions to solve this problem as follows: firstly,fully realize the importance of practical instruction in higher vocational and technical education;secondly,construct a relatively independent practical instruction system;thirdly,further develop and perfect the training fields;at last,enhance the management and establish a scientific and standard evaluating system.
