采用正交试验L1(645)设计不同的发酵条件,观察不同发酵条件下植物乳杆菌N3对断奶仔猪料的pH值及乳酸菌、大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌数量的影响。试验设置为发酵时间(t)、接种量、发酵温度、pH值及湿度5因素4水平。初步得出结论:接种量10%(108CFU/ml),温度37℃,湿度65%,时间48h,pH值6.5时,饲料中有益菌乳酸菌含量较多,有害菌大肠杆菌含量较少。

The biological characteristics of a Lactobacillus plantarum(N3) were studied.The results showed that it was able to endure high temperature of 80~85 ℃ and high steam pressure of 0.20 kg/cm2,to decompose corn starch into lactic acid directly by 7.05%(36 h) and 8.19%(48 h),to endure the acid conditions by pH value 4.5.The total number of alive Lactobacillus plantarum was 4.1×106 CFU/g in the artificial gastric juice.It was sensitive to antibiotics,such as Aureomycin,Terramycin,Furazolidone and Norfloxacin,but it wasn't sensitive to the medicaments of preventing mildew.Above all,Lactobacillus plantarum(N3) was a better probiotics production germ.
The feeding experiment and the digestion trial were conducted to evaluate the nutrition value of piglet diet fermented by Lactobacillus plantarum N3′ FLF on weaning piglets. The production performance, serum biochemical parameter, histological parameter and apparent digestibility of nutrition components were determined to discuss the affecting mechanisms of Lactobacillus plantarum N3′ FLF on the performance of weaning piglets.

黑素浓缩素(MCH)是由19个氨基酸残基组成的神经肽,最先从鲑鱼脑垂体内分离得到。MCH曾认为仅与黑色素的代谢有关,通过多年的研究,MCH的作用机制已基本清楚,主要认为MCH是通过2个受体起调控作用。参与多种生理过程,而目前研究的热点主要是MCH在调节进食行为和能量代谢方面的作用。MCH是至今所知的唯一一个剔除该基因就导致消瘦的下丘脑肽,MCH可提高采食和增重,可能与肥胖综合征的发病有关。结合国内外的研究情况,文章就MCH的研究概况、作用机制、生理功能以及与其它相关神经肽的关系进行综述,并初步探讨了MCH应用于动物生产中的作用和前景。

The feeding experiment and the digestion trial were conducted with weaning piglets,which evaluated the nutritional value of lactobacillus plantarum.Compared with the control group,the final weight and the serum total protein in the trial group were significantly improved by 13.85%(P0.05)and 16.31%(P0.05),respectively;but the serum urea nitrogen decreased by 36.21%(P0.05).The trial group had improved the cell immunity level,the CD~+_4 and CD~+_4/CD~+_8 were improved by 22.22% and 16.95%,respectively.The lactic acid bacteria contents of the jejunum and the cecum in the trial group were improved by 9.65% and 18.11%,but the E.coli contents of the jejunum and the cecum decreasd by 9.26% and 12.32%,the Salmonella contents of the jejunum and the cecum decreasd by 5.93% and 17.58%;the villus length in the small intestine raised by 44.36%,while the gastric pits altitude in the fundic gland improved by 17.74%.
