It was reported that the toxicological safety assessment of a CFTR inhibitor.It was about thiazlidone-like channel blocker drug which synthesized in laboratory,and used in the treatment of animals diarrhea.Drug was given to mice by intragastric administration.Toxicological assessment test of thiazlidone-like channel blocker drug inclued systemic toxicity test,mouse sperm malformation test,bone marrow micronucleus test and Ames test.Results showed that the drug had no acute systemic toxicity,no mutagenic action on germ cells in vivo,no damage on chromosomes and cell mitosis and no mutagenicity.Results provided reliable test basis to use the drug further which could be used to treat diarrhea of piglets.
The agar diffusion method was adopted to compare the antibacterial effects of different Astragalus Polysaccharides(APS) in vitro to standard and pathogenic E.coli,standard Staphylococcus aureus and pathogenic Streptococcus.The results showed that APS extracted in experiment had a definite inhibitory effect on pathogenic E.coli with the diameter of inhibition zone reaching 12±0.09 mm and the diameter of inhibition zone against the other bacteriums were about 7mm;The APS shopped in the market had the diameters of the inhibition zones smaller than 10mm or had no zone.
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of Chinese Herbal Medicine on production performance of dairy cattles in different Lactation periods.Parity,milk yield similar and health 24 Holstein cattle were divided into four groups according to the periods of lactation,using self-control before and after adding 1% Chinese herbal additives to the basal diet.The trial lasted 28 d.The results show that,Except the milk production quantity decline in lactation131~158 d of the cows,the milk production quantity have been improved to varying degrees of each experimental group,especially lactation 237-277d of the cows increased milk effect which the test significantly increased by 4.3%(P 0.05)compared to before,and the incidence of mastitis and hoof disease was 0.These results suggested that Chinese herbal medicine in the basic diet of lactating dairy cows can improve lactation milk yield,delay the downward trend in the late cows,confront the heat stress,reduce the incidence of mastitis,and improve the economic efficiency of production.
The experiment was to conducted to investigate the effects of Bacillus preparation,fructooligosaccharides on growth performance and the effects of serum immunoglobulin IgA,IgG,CD4,CD8,antibody levels in CSF.Eighty 28dold weaning Duric×Yorkshire×Landrace pigs were divided into four groups with four replicates,each of which including 5piglets for a 28-day feeding trial.The four treatment pigs were fed basal diets,basal diets with 0.1%Bacillus,0.4% FOS and 0.1% Bacillus+0.4% FOS inclusion respectively.The results indicated that the diet with FOS,Bacillus could significantly improve weaning daily gain,feed conversion rate and reduce diarrhea rate(P0.05);FOS,Bacillus could significantly improve weaning classical swine fever antibody levels,serum IgA levels and serum IgG levels(P0.05),but had little effect on CD4,CD8indicators.
Effects of daidzein on immune function and growth performance in calves were analysed in the study.A total of 16 heed calves were selected and randomly divided into two groups,adding 0g,2.5g daidzein in raw milk of every day and heed respectively.The experiment days last 35 days.Blood was collected before and after experiment,The index of T3,T4,IgG,IgA of plasma were carried out by ELISA.Experimental results showed that T3,T4,IgG,IgA of plasma level was increased by daidzein.Daidzein may participate in the process of immune regulation of calves,which can improve humoral immune level.
This paper laid out the research status of daidzein on extracting,source,absorption and metabolism,which application study in ruminant production.Daidzein is in ruminant production application,which is mainly to promote growth,increase milk yield,improve the milk composition and improve its nutritional value,enhance immunity and improve the quality of cashmere wool etc.The purpose of writing is providing reference information to application study on daidzein in ruminant production.
