Objective: To explore clinical values of MRI water imaging in the diagnosis of auditory vertigo. Methods: Eighty patients were randomized into two groups, 40 cases each group, the observation group used MRI water imaging, and the control group 64 multi-slices helical CT angiography, the results of imaging scan of the inner ears of both groups were compared bilaterally to understand the results of ductus semicirculares, acoustic labyrinth, vestibule, lymph of inner ear and others. Results: The observation group was higher than the control group in clear display rate of the inner ear structure such as ductus semicirculares, acoustic labyrinth, vestibule, lymph of inner ear, and the difference had statistical meaning (P<0.05). Conclusion:MRI water imaging presents higher value in the diagnosis of auditory vertigo.
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of FLs on . Method: 60 SD rats were divided into the control group, the model control group, the positive control group, low dose FLs group, middle dose FLs group and high dose FLs group in random. Each group were given prednisone acetate by gavage and were given retinoic acid by gavage on the 8th day except the normal control group. On the 14th day, the rats in low dose FLs group, middle dose FLs group and high dose FLs group were given different dose FLs suspension by gavage. The positive control group were given E2 by gavage. The normal control group and the model control group were given an equivalent amount of normal saline. It last 14 days continuously. Result: After the model was built, compared with that of the normal group, the content of calcium and phosphorus in serum of the model group decreased significantly(P<0.05,P<0.01),the content of calcium in bone of the model group decreased (P<0.05), Pmax and Mmax decreased significantly(P<0.05,P<0.01). Compared with that of the model group, the femur weight of high dose FLs group increased(P<0.05),the content of calcium and phosphorus in serum of the high dose FLs group and middle dose FLs group decreased significantly(P<0.05,P<0.01), the content of calcium in bone of each dose FLs group increased significantly (P<0.05), Pmax,Lmax,Mmax and stress and strain of bones increased in different degree(P<0.05,P<0.01).The quantity of bone trabecula increased, the thickness of of bone trabecula increased, the mean trabecular bone spacing(mtbs) decreased,the volume fraction of bone trabecula increased and average cortical bone thickness increased(P<0.05,P<0.01). Conclusion: FLs has certain therapeutic effect on osteoporosis rats due to prednisone acetate and retinoic acid.
Objective: To explore the value of diffusion weighted imaging(DWI) in early diagnosis of acute ischemic stroke. Methods: Sixty patients were performed with craniocerebral CT, conventional MRI and DWI at different times, imaging(including CT and DWI within 48 hours) features and ASPECT scales were analyzed.Results: The foci showed strong signal homogeneity after attacking in three days, especially in 12 hours, while CT and conventional MRI couldn't demonstrate the signals; it presented mixed strong signal after the attack from eight to20 days; and the signal disappeared around three weeks. The sensitivity of DWI in the early diagnosis of acute ischemic stroke was 36/39=0.92, the specificity was 15/23=0.62. Conclusion: DWI show a higher diagnostic value for cerebral infarction at super-early stage.
Objective: To observe the influence of flax lignans (FLs) on bone biomechanics and alkaline phosphatase (AKP) activity of the rats with experimental osteoporosis. Methods:Sixty rats were randomized into normal control group, the model control group, positive control group, high, moderate and low doses groups of FLs, ten rats each group. Except normal control group, other 50 rats accepted intragastric administration of prednisone acetate[20 mg/ (kg·d)] for seven consecutive days, and intragastric administration of retinoic acid (80 mg/kg body weight) since the 8th day, once per day, for eight consecutive days. Since the 14 th day, low, moderate and high dos-es groups of FLs lavaged FLs suspension in the densities of 0.05 g/kg, 0.1g/kg, and 0.2 g/kg respectively, and posi-tive control group lavaged estradiol in the concentration of 1.5 mg/kg, normal control group and model control group accepted intragastric administration of distilled water (10 mL/kg), for 14 days consecutively. General states of the rats were observed to detect bone biomechanics and AKP activity. Results:After establishing the models, compared with the normal group, body weight of the rats in the model group decreased significantly (P<0.05);AKP activity increased;Pmax and Mmax decreasesed obviously (P<0.05);Lmax and bone strain showed the tendency of lower-ing. After medicating, compared with the model group, AKP contents of high doses group of FLs lowered (P<0.05);FLs in different doses could improve Pmax, Lmax, Mmax and bone strain to different extents (P<0.05). Conclusion:FLs could improve AKP activity, increase Pmax, Lmax, Mmax and bone strain, which suggests that FLs could fight against osteoporosis.
目的 探讨磁共振水成像技术对脊柱疾病诊断的应用价值.方法 采用快速高级自旋回波、重T2WI及脂肪抑制技术对300例病人检查行磁共振椎管水成像.结果 M R M显示正常25例、异常275例,清楚显示原发病变与邻近脊髓腔、脊髓、神经根的相关关系.结论 MRM具有无创伤、无辐射、速度快,不需对比剂,患者易接受的特点.MRM与常规MRI图像结合可获得全面、客观的病变信息,MRM图像可取代X线脊髓造影和CT脊髓造影.
夏科氏关节(charcot关节)病,由1868年法国神经学家charcot首先报道,亦称神经营养性关节病、神经性关节等.本病罕见,现将临床工作中遇到2例颈段脊髓空洞继发charcot肩关节病MR表现报告如下,旨在提高认识,减少误诊.
目的:探讨128层螺旋CT血管成像在主动脉夹层的诊断价值.方法:15例主动脉夹层,全部进行128层螺旋CT胸腹联合平扫及增强,并将原始数据在工作站进行多平面重建(MPR)、阴影表面显示(SSD)、最大密度投影(MIP)及容积处理(VR)等后处理.结果:15例均很好地显示了主动脉夹层全程及其分支,真腔、假腔、内膜片及夹层动脉瘤的部位、范围.结论:128层螺旋CT血管成像是诊断主动脉夹层准确、快捷、有效的首选检查方法,具有较高的临床应用价值.
Objective:To investigate the correlation between cystic necrosis and P73 protein expression in cerebral hemangiopericytoma.Methods:Twenty-nine cases with intracranial hemangiopericytoma were chosen,25 cases of angiomatous type meningioma were also enrolled as control group.All cystic or necrotic signs on MRI of the two tumors were analyzed,which were scored according to Asari's method.P73 protein expressions were detected by S-P immunohistochemical method.Results:Twenty-nine cases showed positive expression,and there was significant difference in the expression of P73 between intracranial hemangiopericytoma and angiomatous type meningioma(P0.01).The positive expression of P73 protein increased with increasing of cystic or necrotic signs on MRI of intracranial hemangiopericytoma(P0.05).Conclusions:Cystic or necrotic sign on MRI was closely related to the high expression of P73 protein in intracranial hemangiopericytoma,which can been used as reference information evaluating the treatment and prognosis of intracranial hemangiopericytoma.
Objective:To evaluate the application value of magnetic resonance hydrography(MRH) for spinal diseases.Methods:300 patients received the examination of MRH by techniques of FASE,heavy T2WI and fat suppression.Results:MRH showed normal 25 cases and abnormal 275 cases and clearly showed the correlation of the primary lesion and the neighboring spinal cavity,spinal cord and nerve roots.Conclusion:MRH has the characteristics of non-invasive,no radiation,high speed,no contrast agent and receptiveness for patients.The combination of MRH and conventional MRI can get comprehensive and objective pathological information.And MRH images can replace X-myelography and CT myelography.
