Hatching,abnormal,growth and survival rate of the fertilized eggs of Nothobranchius guentheri whitc were carried by Shenzhou 7 spacecraft were studied.The results indicated that the hatching and abnormal rate were no significant difference between the spaceflight group(99.3% and 16.8%) and ground group(97.2% and 10.4%);but the growth rate of male fish from spaceflight group was significant higher(0.094g/d) than that of ground group(0.059g/d),leading to the significant bigger of the male fish from spaceflight group.The survival rate of spaceflight group(66.7%) was higher than the ground group(47.9%).It was concluded that there was a higher growth and survival rate of Nothobranchius guentheri fertilized eggs after space flight.
The artificial propagation,seeds breeding and lipper treated by ion bombardment of Japanese Koi were studied in Fujian Fisheries Research Institute in the autumn of 2006.8 sexual maturation Japanese Kois were cultured at 14.5 ℃~23.2 ℃ water temperature,after the use of European one(DOM) and human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG),one female fish spawned(the yield was 25%) and 1000 lippers were hatched.The ion bombardment experiment group,the ion bombardment control group and the general group were cultured 60d at 15.2 ℃~21.0 ℃ water temperature,and the survival rate were 66%,93% and 51% separately.The average length of general group was 2.4 cm.
本文通过对我省鲍养殖生产中存在的病害问题进行分析,认为:细菌感染,长期近亲繁殖导致种质退化、抗病力下降,换水量不足、投饵方法不正确、养殖技术、管理不规范,盲目追求产量、放养密度过大,滥用药物以及养殖布局不合理、选址不当,水温不适,自然灾害等是养殖生产中普遍存在的问题,也是造成我省近年来鲍养殖生产频繁发生病害的主要原因。或上述若干种原因的综合影响,也会导致鲍病害的发生。面对鲍养殖环境恶化,发生病害日益频繁,且愈演愈烈,导致人工养殖鲍大量死亡,造成巨大经济损失的状况,经过分析,针对养殖鲍发病的原因,建议积极开展防范工作,为养鲍业者提供参考,以促进我省鲍养殖生产健康发展,养鲍业者增产增收。
The paper reports the process and results of studies on artificial propagation and larva-rearing of Fugu flavidus done in Fujian Fisheries Research Institute in 2004~2005.In spring,when the water temperature is above 20℃,mature parent fishes are induced to spawn by injecting DOM,LHRH or HCG,mixedly or respectively.The dosage of hormone depends on the sexual maturity of the parent fishes.The zygotes incubated under the condition of seawater salinity 20.0~30.0 and temperature 20.0~25.0℃.It took 144~156 hours for larvae to hatch.During the studies,about 60.8×106 larvae were obtained.,and all larvae were raised in outdoor ponds or indoor concrete pools.At the end,about 16.85×106 fingerlings,which mean total length is 4.43 cm and mean body weight is 1.98 g.The survival rate is 27.7%.The key technologies on parent fishes raised,inducing to spawn,incubation and pre-larvae and post-larvae raising also have been discussed in the present paper.
This paper reported the development of abalone culture and disease in Fujian province in recent years.Our study showed that the technology of abalone culture was rapidly developed in 1990s since the abalone had been successfully breeding in 1970s in Fujian province.In 2006 the aquicultural area of abalone reached 1010.7×104m2 and the total amount was 11546×103kg.Although the area of abalone culture was increasing,the total amount was declining from 5.749kg/m2 in 1998 to 0.789kg/m2 in 2005.According to the research results we believed that the virus disease of low temperature,outer breaking disease,canker disease,tumidness disease and pustule disease were the main causes of a declining yield in abalone culture.
The occurrences of the abalone fester disease were due to the mechanical damage,parasites,fungal infections or other factors. The bacterial infection is the most common and also causes the largest damage.According to the abalone fester disease research in southern Fujian,we found that Vibrio harveyi was also a major pathogen besides the Pseudomonas fluorescens and vib riosplendidus-Ⅱ that had been reported before.The Vibrio harveyi caused the COD value increase and pH value decrease in the culturing pool and it also made the heterotrophic bacteria especially vibrio increase.43 kinds of drugs were selected for drug susceptibility tests,the results showed that the experimental bacteria were highly sensitive to Nitrofurantoin,Ciprofloxacin and Ceftriaxone and moderately sensitive to other 7 kinds of drugs such as Tobramycin.Besides this,they also showed sensitive to 4 kinds of drugs such as Furazolidone,and completely not sensitive to drugs such as Sulfamethoxazole,Trimethoprim,Penicillin and so on.
The leisure fishing row is the marine fishing household,marine "Venice"and it is of most characteristic and most attractive tourist's leisure fishery aquatic base,and is characteristic in social new fishing village construction.A leisure fishing row construction at present has no national standard and the profession standard.Leisure fishing row management also has many hidden dangers in tourist safety and ecology security and so on which limited the leisure fishery development.In order to lead the leisure fishery to the health sustainable development,we conduct the research on the tourist safety and the ecology safe and initially formed a set of construction technology standard.
This paper reported the embryonic and larval development of Fugu flavidus.It showed that in conditions of water temperature 20~21℃,salinity 20~30,pH 8.0~8.3,the fertilized eggs developed to 2-cell in about 2h,blastula stage in about 15h,gastrula stage 30h and the hatched out larva 152h after fertilization.And in conditions of water temperature 19~28℃,salinity 20~27,pH 8.0~8.3,the larva opened its mouth at the 5th day.It became juvenile at the 18th day and young fish at the 40th day after hatching.
Pompano,Trachinotus ovatus is one of marine economic fish being raised in recent year.The study had was carry out for cultivation of Pompano in means of floating net-cages or seawater pond.Under the condition of seawater temperature 18℃~32℃,salinity15~31,pH7.8~8.1,fingerlings of 4~5cm body length,fed with formulated food and raised about 4~5 months,reached commercial size which is about 400~600g.
(一) 国内外水产科技工作者和水产专业刊物登载的学术论文,为便于统一称呼和采用对虾属、种名称,根据Perez Farfante与Kensley的<世界对虾类和樱虾类>专著[1],以及我国甲壳类分类学研究专家刘瑞玉先生提出对虾类(属)学名的改变和统一的建议和检索表[2],原对虾属6个亚属已提升为属级新阶元.为避免混淆并统一正确使用,现辑录所属的29个虾种的汉语译名、拉丁文学名、联合国粮农组织(FAO)所定的英文名列于表1,建议统一称呼和刊用.
Lutjanus erychopterus(Bloch) being cultivated in seawater pond or floating net-cage were selected as broodstock.3months before being inducing,broodstock were raised intensively.At the seawater temperature of 18~24℃,broodstock were induced by HCG and LRH-A_3.The hormone usage depends on maturity of broodstock.The fertilizing eggs hatching took 15~16h,at the hatching condition of water salinity 28~30,temperture 18~22 ℃,pH8.2.It took 26~30days for larvae to metamorphose into youngfish.
