For extraction of crude quinoline process,the effect of pickling directly affects the yield and quality of the product.In the analysis of quinoline sulfate,there are many interference factors in determination of free acid.The experimental analysis is more stable.Washing efficiency and product yield are improved after improvement of the original method.

Russian imported K9 coking coal was investigated on coal quality and coking property by means of quality detection, petrographic analysis of coal and 40kg testing coke oven test.The result in-dicated that K9 coal was featured with low ash, low sulfur and stable quality, belonging to single coal seam.So it is beneficial to stabilize coke quality and improve coke average particle size and crushing strength in coal blending and coking.Meanwhile, fat coal with high sulfur content can be used in co-king.

It is found through experiment that caking index are different if different making sample methods for caking index detection are applied,and it differs if coal species are different,the principle and requirement of making coal sample are pointed out.Scientific and reasonable making sample methods for caking index detection are found by experiment study,and it is suggested that national standards for making coal sample methods for caking index detection shall be formulated.
