Objective To explore the safety management of pickup and transportation of acute severe poisoning patients (ASP) by medical rescue helicopters. Methods For the task of pickup and transportation of six ASPs,we quickly started an emergency rescue plans including establishing a rescue team, preparing for first-aid medicine and equipment, preparing for intensive care unit in Poisoning Treatment Center, completing safety management carefully before and during the pickup and transportation such as logistic service,environmental safety,timely diagnosis,cooperation in different departments and handover of patients'information.Results Six ASPs were picked up and transported smoothly without any accidents. The average length of stay was 55.5 days. Two patients were discharged with good outcome but two patients with critical condition were discharged without any rescue or treatment under the will of family members and two died. Conclusion A detailed plan plays an important role in the safety management of pickup and transportation of ASPs. Great importance attached by leaders of the hospital, coordination and cooperation of different departments and a well-trained, professional rescue team for emergency transport and poisoning treatment contribute to the success of pickup and transportation.
Objective To explore the management process of medical rescue helicopter to transport critical patients to hospital tempo?rary parking apron safely and smoothly.Methods According to the characteristics of the medical rescue helicopter and safety management re?quirements of the special environment of the hospital temporary apron,to design the nursing safety management process in pick-up and trans?portation.Results Six critical patients were picked-up and transported safely and smoothly,without emergency or accident.The average hos?pitalization was 52 days.The three patients were treated well and discharged safely.One patient was in critical condition and the family urged to stop all rescue and abandon treatment. Two patients died from emergency treatment.Conclusion Scientific and normative rescue proce?dures and strict implementation and close cooperation between the unified command and departments are the key to ensure the safety of transit care for patients with critical diseases.
Objective:To explore the impact of the zero position and vertical angle of mercury sphygmomanometer on the blood pressure measurement. Methods:100 patients were randomized studied .The systolic and diastolic blood pressure of each case were measured at the baseline(parallel the heart),30cm over the baseline and 30cm below the baseline. Results:There was no signifi-cant effect of the position of the mercury sphygmomanometer on the blood pressure (P>0.05). Conclusion:It is not necessary to place the mercury sphygmomanometer just at the lever of the heart,but it is necessary to keep the mercury column vertical with hori-zontal plane.

目的:分析337例确诊的儿童甲型H1N1流感病例,了解其流行病学特点、临床特征及治疗方法。方法:对我院发热门诊确诊的337例患儿的流行病学特点、临床特征及治疗转归统计数据,进行分析。结果:337例患儿中,学龄儿童较为集中,占所有患儿的78%,其发病高峰时间为10月份。初诊时患儿均以发热就诊,伴发症状依次为咽痛(73%)、咳嗽(52%)、流涕(49%)、头痛(45%)、乏力(28%)、肌肉酸痛(22%)、咯痰(15%)、胸痛(11%)、呕吐(2.6%)、腹泻(2.2%)等症状。337例患儿咽拭子均为阳性结果。血常规显示,74例患儿白细胞计数升高,138例患儿中性粒细胞升高,95例C-反应蛋白(CRP)升高。39例胸片提示肺部感染,7例心肌酶增高。337例患儿中仅2例口服奥司他韦,有206例给予抗生素,其中117例给予阿奇霉素,89例给予头孢类抗生素,同时均结合中成药治疗。除了咳嗽、咯痰症状,其他症状在1周左右消失。结论:儿童是甲型H1N1流感的重点防护人群,特别是学龄儿童的防护是重中之重。
