在分析产学研协同创新背景的基础上,总结高师植物学实践教学过程中存在的问题,并基于产学研协同创新的要求,提出高师院校植物学实践教学改革策略:加强植物学实验及实习等实践环节教学,注重师范生自身的基本实践技能锻炼;加强产学结合,促进大中小学校教育共赢;加强研学结合,培养师范生的实践技能和创新能力的同时推动科研事业的发展等.
将研究性教学引入到园林树木学的实践教学中加深了园林树木学的探索性,拓宽了园林树木学的范畴.注重学生实验技能的培养,注重对植物结构的解剖观察,可以较好地增强学生的植物鉴别能力;注重实地考察探索,能够加强学生对植物生态习性及园林应用特征的认知,最终达到使学生系统地掌握园林树木学知识的目的.教学过程中以学生为主、教师为辅,将教学环境拓展至公园绿地、实验室、图书馆,有利于提升学生的自主学习能力、探索能力,激发学生的学习兴趣,更利于园林专业人才的培养.
We bought 5 rabbits (1 ♂,4 ♀)and fed them in order to understand their physiology and growth characteristics in the breeding process.The results showed that:Meat rabbit of 6-7 month old can mate and reproduce.The average of the pregnancy was 3 1 .6 d,the longest was 3 3 d and the shortest was 30 d;the number of births most was 6,the least was 1.Meat rabbit average weight of 2 d was 43. 99g.Meat rabbit average weight of 29 d was 463.33g,and the weight was 10 times the weight of the new-born.When the meat rabbit grow up to 60 days,the average weight of 1130 g,the weight of 60 days was 25 times the weight of the newborn and 2.5 times the weight of the 29 days.
随机抽取40尾斑节对虾、日本对虾和120尾凡纳对虾,测定含肉率并对三种对虾含肉率进行了比较,结果表明:斑节对虾含肉率最高,为58.65±5.2,其次为日本对虾,为58.59±6.84,最后为凡纳对虾,为57.86±4.37。分别对三种对虾含肉率之间的差异进行了T检验,结果表明:凡纳对虾与斑节对虾含肉率之间差异显著(P=0.005),其余差异不显著。
对中国枪乌贼和虎斑乌贼的墨汁进行原子力扫描观察,并对墨汁颗粒的颗粒度进行了分析。结果表明,乌贼墨汁颗粒呈圆形或长条形,不同种类乌贼的墨汁颗粒外貌不同,中国枪乌贼墨汁颗粒呈圆球形,墨汁颗粒大小均等,间或有少量大颗粒墨汁;虎斑乌贼墨汁颗粒呈圆形及长条形,颗粒大小不一。虎斑乌贼墨汁颗粒平均表面积为9 478.12 nm2,较中国枪乌贼的墨汁颗粒(平均表面积为7 062.91 nm2)大。
The dorsal ossicles of fresh Apostichopus japonicus,dried product and frozen product were observed with scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results showed that the ossicles of the fresh and the dried were identical,but were different with the frozen.The 16S mitochondrial rRNA sequences from them were amplified and sequenced,and phylogenetic relationships among them were presented.Consequently,the sequence of the fresh was identical to the dried.However,the homology between the dried and the frozen was 81.5%.Both phylogenic trees supported that the relationship between the fresh and the dried was close,and the frozen was not closely related with them.Both morphological and molecular methods proved that the dried product was real Apostichopus japonicus,but the frozen product was a fake.
通过菌落形态、培养特征和生理生化特征的测定,初步确定海洋红酵母HN-3为红酵母属的胶红酵母。比较不同的碳源、氮源、酵母膏质量分数和海水盐度对该酵母生长的影响,优化其培养基。试验结果表明,最佳培养基为2%葡萄糖、1.5%蛋白胨、1%酵母膏,盐度30。在该培养条件下,酵母菌HN-3的产菌量达到4.80×107cfu/mL,比初始发酵条件下的产菌量(4.20×107cfu/mL)提高了14.3%。
The species composition and seasonal dynamics of rat-shaped animal communities on the campus of Zhanjiang Normal College were preliminarily investigated by trapping method from March 2008 to February 2009.The result showed that the dominant species in three different habitats on the campus were Suncus murinus,Rattus norvegicu and Mus musculus,falling into 2 families of 2 orders.The density of S.murinus was the highest in autumn,and that of R.norvegicu was the highest in summer.The percentage of S.murinus was the highest in classrooms,and that of R.norvegicu was the highest in dormitories.The populations of rat-shaped animals were somewhat different in different habitats and seasons but not significantly different.They could be controlled by taking appropriate measures according to seasonal dominant species and density variation.
From March 2008 to February 2009,we used Night trapping method to investigate the ecology of Suncus murinus in Zhanjiang Rormal University.The results showed that the means capture rate of Suncus murinus was 15.40%,the peak was in August.The amphoteric ratio was 1.25∶1.Whole year average pregnancy rate of Suncus murinus was 32.41%,the average enbryo was 3.5.Density and species proportion of Suncus murinus were influenced by some factors,such as environmental condition,climate and poison.Pregnancy rate of Suncus murinus was closely related to climate.
[Objective] The research aimed to understand structure differentiation of Penaeus vannamei.[Method] With Penaeus vannamei as the test objects,the appendage of Penaeus vannamei was separated and its structure was observed.[Result] The results indicated that there were 19 appendages in Penaeus vannamei.The morphological features were diverse in different parts of the appendage.Because the different function of appendage,the morphological features were also diverse.[Conclusion] Different living styles of different species of shrimp caused various differentiation of appendage.
To aim at offering relative effective methods for biological education and scientific research,we discuss how to gather and cultivate the paramecium.On the experiment,we employ oats,flour and grains with different concentration to analyze the influence of them on the growth and reproduction of paramecium.Results show that the concentrations of the most suitable mediums are 1%~2%,2%~4% and 1%~2%,and they correspond to the oats,flour and grain,respectively.
From 2008 to 2009,we captured 485 Suneus murinus to carry out the analysis of relative fatness in Zhanjiang Normal College.The relative fatness of Suneus murinu was calculated by the empirical formula K =100 W/L3,In order to understand changes in characteristics on Suneus murinus.The results showed that the average relative fatness of Suneus murinuswas 1.94(±0.33) g/cm3.The differences of relative fatness between the male and female was significant.The relative fatness varies with the seasonal change and the chang order was springautumnwintersummer.And therer was significant difference between summer and autumn.The pregnancy rate of Suneus murinu showed that it was higher in spring and summer.
From Match 2008 to Febrary 2009,the research was operated.First,the small animals were caught by ways of night trapping method at 27 spots of 6 kinds of habitats,including the teaching buildings of ZhanJiang normal college,office buildings,dormitories,canteens,greenswards and bushes.Second,the species of the small animals trapped were classified and studied.Conclusion:there live three species of small animals,Rattus norvegicus,Mus musculus and Suncus murinus,in Zhanjiang normal college.Totally,Suncus murinus 485,account for 89.65%,Rattus norvegicus 54,accounting for 9.98% and Mus musculus 2,accounting for 0.37%.Rattus norvegicus is the dominant species.The kinds of min-animals varied in different habitats and months.

A preliminary investigation of bird resources in Zhanjiang Cunjin Park were taken during December of 2006,and January,March and April in 2007.The result showed that,there were 16 different species of birds,which belonged to 3 items and 10 sections.The Passeriformes birds accounted for 69% of total,up to 11 species,belonging to 7sections.The following was Coraciiformes which belonged to one section and up to two kind of species,accounting for 12.5%.There were also Galliformes and Cuculiformes birds,one kind and one item per each,accounting for 6.25% of total.And one kind of protected birds was found in park too,In addition,there were 7 species of birds that met characteristics of the animal was key protection,useful and had an economic or scientific value which made by State Forestry Administration,around 43.75% of total.2 species were provincial key protection birds which accounted for 12.6% of total.1 species founded in park was included in Sino-australia bird agreement and accounted for 12.6%.
The species and composition of birds in Cunjinqiao park of Zhanjiang city were investigated from December 2006 to April 2007.Totally 16 bird species belonging to 4 orders and 10 families were found.Comparing the species and number of birds in spring and winter,it was found that both the species number and density in spring were bigger than those in winter.The bird resources were varied significantly with habitats.The bird communities in Cunjinqiao part were summarized as five types of vertical distribution.

Sika deer(Cervus nippon)is a unique species in east Asia and exists in many areas of China. But due to natural and human factors,only 3 of China's 6 subspecies have survived:Sichuan subspecies (Cervus nippon sinchuanicus),South China species(Cervus nippon kopschi),and Northeast subspecies (Cervus nippon hortulorum).Its distribution and population number have so dramatically reduced that it is now in danger of extinction.This paper based on investigations and sources of some of its habitat de- scribes its current situation and makes some suggestions for its protection.
