河南作为农业大省,农民环保意识的高低直接影响到本地区环境质量,对河南省农村居民环保意识进行了调查分析,结果表明:河南省农村居民存在环境文化素质不高、缺乏环境危机意识、集体环保意识不足等问题。提出了加强农民环保意识的理论宣传、培养农民绿色环保意识、提高农民的环保法制意识等相应对策。
指出了随着农村经济的发展,农村环境污染日趋严重,引起越来越多的关注. 分析了河南省农村环境污染现状,表现为缺乏科学地使用化肥和农药,禽畜养殖污染范围广,农作物秸秆垃圾利用方式和程度有待进一步提高,大部分农村生活废弃物缺乏科学处理. 针对研究区农村环境的基础情况,提出了治理建议,包括提高农村环境保护宣传力度,完善政策法规制度,加强环保执法队伍建设;加快农村经济结构调整,加强农村环保基础设施建设,完善农业污染监测体系.
The antimicrobial activity of essential oil of Mentha spicata Linn were qualitatively evaluated using diffusion method.The minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) of essential oil was measured by UV-visible spect-rophotometry.The results show that the antimicrobial activity of essential oil to the three test strains is:Bacillus subtilisStaphylococcus aureusEscherichia coli.The minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) to the three strains are:Bacillus subtilis 0.5 μL/mL,Staphylococcus aureus 1.0 μL/mL,Escherichia coli 3.5 μL/mL.
On the basis of mechanism and characteristics of western university cultural creation,this article analysed the material and non-material factors of university cultures.Regarding to growth course of an university culture,it was divided into cradle,youth and mature three periods according to cultural creativty and cultural dissemination.The key works To build creation-typed university culture are not only to cultivate unique university spirit and scholar moral but also to exercise open,democratic managemental policy.
Taking wheat as the object,the influence of different concentration of waste battery leaching solution on the seed germination and seedling growth of wheat is studied.It shows that wheat seeds are highly sensitive to leaching solution.When its concentration is relatively low,it has less influence on the germination and growth of seedling;when it is high,the germination and growth of seedling and root will be restrained.And the influence becomes stronger with the increase of the concentration of leaching solution.
Skeletal muscle stem cell has the characteristics of the general stem cells.It is a kind of cells which can be updated and reproduced by themselves,and it can differentiate into various cells with specific functions.Thus it can be used as seed cells in tissue engineering and has important and available value.This article reports the recent development in induced differentiation of skeletal muscle stem cells in order to offer a theoretical basis for further study on skeletal muscle stem cells.
With economic development and rapid urbanization,the effects of city on surrounding areas become more and more obvious.The economic communication between urban and rural area become more and more compact and the interrelations between them are strengthened constantly.In some peri-urbanization areas of urban fringe and city-town concentrated area,the opportunity of realizing integration of urban and rural area is mature.As a case study,Demonstration Area of Xuchang Urban-Rural Integration was analyzed.Based on the concept of harmonious development of urban-rural integration,the dynamical mechanism of urban-rural integration in Xuchang was analyzed,and harmonious development model of urban-rural integration was made based on thoughts of functional area.Exploring the dynamical mechanism and development model of Demonstration Area of Xuchang Urban-Rural Integration is beneficial to the acceleration of urbanization and realizing the urban and rural integration.
Five one-grade indices of housing conditions,environmental security,landscape planning,public service and community culture,and 42 two-grade indices of housing style design,air quality,construction density,commodity network and community harmony et al were used to establish the evaluation indices system for urban residential in Xuchang.The results show that housing conditions,public service and environmental security are more important than community culture and landscape planning.In the whole two-grade indices,the satisfaction of urban heating is the lowest.As to the comprehensive evaluation of urban residential in Xuchang,the score of satisfaction in Dongcheng district is 10 higher than in Weidu district.Moreover,the community culture needs further improvement.
[Objective] The theoretic reference for the prevention of wheat yield-reducing and toxicity of heavy metal to wheat was provided through the research on the effect of the different concentrations of waste batteries leaching on the chlorophyll and biomass of wheat seedling.[Method] The wheat being taking as the experimental material,the effects of the different concentrations of waste battery leaching on the chlorophyll and biomass of wheat seedling was discussed.[Result] The results showed that low concentration of waste batteries leaching could little affect the biomass of wheat seedling,however,it could facilitate the increase of chlorophyll content of wheat seedlings in a short time.When the waste battery leaching was relatively high,the chlorophyll development was significantly inhibited.There was obvious regularity in the concentrations of waste battery leaching affecting the biomass of wheat seedling.[Conclusion] The waste battery leaching heavily affected the wheat seedling growth.
Its various physical environments and long geologic history made it abundant in weed species with complex floristic elements in Henan Province.For further effective control of farmland weeds,improve the production of crop yields,the investigation was conducted by field survey and date analysis.The results demonstrated that there are 701 species of farmland weeds,belonging to 343 genera and 83 families in Henan.The areal-types of the genera and the species are abundant.Based on their geographical distribution,343 genera are classified into 15 areal-types,most belonging to the temperate distribution pattern plant(65.30%),others belonging to tropical(33.58%),excluding the world genera.That the 701 species distributed in Henan can be divided into 15 areal types.These types,pantropic,North Temperate,Old World trop,East Asiaand endemic to Chinagain upper hand,and show the character of transition conspicuous.It is harmful to farmland that showed the complex changes of spatial niche to wheat field,autumn field,paddy field,orchard and wasteland.Based on the character of weed spatial distribution,it should be improved that the strength of prevention to weeds in autumn fields and orchards,applied to agricultural production.
