The paper constructs an evaluation index system of urban competitiveness on the basis of its concept and the research achievements of formers.Using the method of factor analysis,the urban competitiveness of 38 cities in Henan Province are evaluated quantitatively.According to the comparative analysis of the urban competitiveness among these cities,the paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the urban competitiveness of Henan Province.
This article analyzes the changes of Xuchang land use in 1985, 1995, 2000. It shows the phenomenon of Xuchang's land use that dry land areas sharply decrease, construction areas sharply increase and grassland and woodland changes in volatility. Finally, the city of Xuchang should strengthen land-use planning and land management, optimize the structure of the land, strengthen education for sustainable development and the dynamical monitoring measures to make Xuchang's land use move toward the sustainable development path.

ZnS hollow microspheres were synthesized by a DL-aspartic acid mediated hydrothermal route. DL-aspartic acid plays an important role as crystal growth soft template, which regulates the release of Zn2+ ions for the formation of ZnS hollow spheres. The formation of these hollow spheres was mainly attributed to an Ostwald ripening process. The products were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM), selected area electron diffraction (SAED), electron diffraction (ED), UV/Vis spectroscopy (UV), and photoluminescence (PL). The shells of the microspheres were composed of ZnS quantum dots (QDs) with the average size of 2.31 nm. The average microspheres diameter is 0.5-3.5 mu m. The shell thickness of the hollow sphere is approximate to 300 nm. The optical bandgap energy increased significantly compared to the bulk ZnS material due to the strong quantum confinement effect. Two strong emissions at approximate to 425 nm and approximate to 472 nm in the photoluminescence (PL) spectrum of ZnS hollow microspheres indicate strong quantum confinement because of the presence of QDs.
For better planning the new urban district of Xuchang,the authors must take sustainable development as the system goals,consider the regional economic,social,environment and resource factors,and construct a economic-social-ecological system.In this paper,the authors followed the philosophy of people-oriented,ecological harmony,urban and city co-ordination and sustainable development,proposed a sustainable development planning for the construction of new urban district of Xuchang,which contains harmony,fair,productivity-city integration,pastoral ecosystem,urban and rural co-ordination,integrated forest and water,context extension concepts.
Zinc sulfide (ZnS) microspheres were synthesized by a self‐template hydrothermal route using thiourea as sulphur source. The formation of these hollow spheres was mainly attributed to the oriented aggregation of ZnS nanocystals around the gas‐liquid interface between gas (H 2 S, NH 3 , or CO 2 ) and water followed by an Ostwald ripening process. The gas bubbles of H 2 S, NH 3 , or CO 2 produced during the reaction might play a soft‐template to form ZnS hollow microspheres. The products were characterized by X‐ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM), selected area electron diffraction (SAED), electron diffraction (ED), and photoluminescence (PL). There are some problems such as various land use types,dominant farmland,obvious spatial difference,unbalanced utilization level,unreasonable land use structure,extensive management,decreasing farmland quantity,serious land vacancy and waste and land degradation in Xuchang.The present situation and countermeasures of land resources utilization in Xuchang are discussed by quantitative analysis and qualitative description.The countermeasures of optimizing the land utilization are proposed.

许豆6号是许昌市农科所选育的高油、高产大豆新品种.2009年通过河南省农作物品种审定委员会审定,审定号为豫审豆2009002 .该品种为有限结荚习性,生育期113 d,株高92.9 cm,分枝数2~3个,主茎节数17~22个;紫花,灰毛,荚灰褐色,荚粒数2~3粒;籽粒圆形,黄色,脐浅黄色,种皮有光泽,百粒重16~19 g.2008年,许豆6号脂肪(干基)含量21.08%,蛋白质(干基)含量41.31%.2008年河南省大豆生产试验,许豆6号平均产量2 826.3 kg/hm2,比对照豫豆22号增产10.61%,居7个参试品种第1位.
[Objective] The theoretic reference for the prevention of wheat yield-reducing and toxicity of heavy metal to wheat was provided through the research on the effect of the different concentrations of waste batteries leaching on the chlorophyll and biomass of wheat seedling.[Method] The wheat being taking as the experimental material,the effects of the different concentrations of waste battery leaching on the chlorophyll and biomass of wheat seedling was discussed.[Result] The results showed that low concentration of waste batteries leaching could little affect the biomass of wheat seedling,however,it could facilitate the increase of chlorophyll content of wheat seedlings in a short time.When the waste battery leaching was relatively high,the chlorophyll development was significantly inhibited.There was obvious regularity in the concentrations of waste battery leaching affecting the biomass of wheat seedling.[Conclusion] The waste battery leaching heavily affected the wheat seedling growth.
采用臭椿良种进行埋根试验研究,结果表明,辉县系列臭椿优株比洛阳、博爱系列发芽率和成活率高;辉-22、辉-20、辉-5平均地径年生长量最大,均能达到3 cm左右.同时,臭椿埋根平均埋根粗度在1.25~1.37cm之间,其发芽率和成活率较高,以辉-5、辉-9平均埋根粗度在1.3 cm左右,发芽率80%、成活率75%以上为最高.

Abatract: With the development of the productivity and the capacity that the second and the third domain can be absorbed and translated,the surplus labor force in country is formed.As thing are,the surplus labor force in country is related to the land scale that the single labor force deals in and the earning of the second and the third domain worker.The land scale that single labor deals in is affected by the level of the productivity development,and it is positive correlation to the earning of the second and the third domain worker,but it is negative correlation to anniversary benefit of the unit land area;the more the area of single person deals in,the less the labor force is required in country,and vice versa.
