目的:对单板U型场地项目国家队运动员不同训练时期的部分生理生化指标进行监测与分析,为科学训练提供参考依据。方法:在不同训练时期,通过对单板U型场地项目国家队运动员的体温、血压、心率、血红蛋白、血尿素、血清肌酸激酶、血睾酮及皮质醇指标进行监测,科学地评定运动员的疲劳程度与机体恢复情况。结果:陆训期和雪上训练期比较,运动员的血红蛋白、睾酮、皮质醇、尿素氮、血清肌酸激酶和血压等指标均出现了不同程度的变化;心率波动幅度不大,体温处于平稳状态。个别运动员陆训期的肌酸激酶和血尿素显著升高。通过对多项生理生化指标的监测与综合分析,可以从多方面对单板U型场地项目运动员的训练进行科学的监控与评价。
Aims:To examine the influence of the 15-day's short-term integrated intervention on the inferiority and self-awareness and social avoidance of obese school-age children and offer the basis for establishing the school-age children obesity intervention pattern.Methods:To compare the examinees' correlative psychological index before and after intervention through the integrated intervention of mainly doing exercises and dieting control,living habits molding,and psychological and educational intervention as supplement.Results:After the intervention 11 children have a prominent raise on their self-respect and inferiority(P0.05);17 children have no prominent differences in all the factors of self-awareness before and after intervention(P0.05),and just only have critical prominent differences in the factors of happiness and satisfaction(P=0.052),and the level of happiness and satisfaction is lower after than before the intervention;11 children have no prominent differences before and after the intervention in the factors of social avoidance and social distress,but they show accordant downtrend in total score,social avoidance factor and social distress factor.Conclusions:The psychological effect of the integrated intervention of short-term exercises as main on obese school-age children is complicated.So it is necessary to develop normal psychological behavior regulation and control,dieting control and exercise intervention so that the psychological effect of integrated intervention can be monitored effectively.
In order to investigate the effects of oxidative stress on intestines function and the exercise-induced intestines function disorder,32 male SD rats were divided into four groups(control group,immediate postexercise group,30 min postexercise group and 60 min postexercise group).We measured contents of MDA,FREE-SH and ATP contents in rats intestine tissues.The result showed that MDA contents had a significant increase at 30 min and 60 min after exhaustive swimming while FREE-SH contents had a remarkable decrease in the 30 min postexercise group and 60 min postexercise group.At the same time,ATP content decline significantly 30 min postexercise group.Ca2+-ATPase activity declines remarkably 30min after exhaustive swimming exercise(P0.05).Na+-K+-ATPase and Ca2+-ATPase activity decrease significantly in 60 min postexercise group(P0.05).The result suggested that increase of exercise-induced free radicals led to FREE-SH of intestine cross-link,which resulted in the decline of ATP content,Na+-K+-ATPase and Ca2+-ATPase activity.These might be important factors of exercise-induced intestine disorder.
Purpose:It is especially important to build biological monitoring system for coaches and athletes.Furthermore,this system is significant for coaches to establish training schedule.Method:According to the characteristics of this field and the biological monitoring system of related projects and the actual situation of preparing for two national teams,the authors preliminary screened the biological monitoring system and physiological and biochemical indexes using documentation.Result:It was similar to the biological monitoring system and sensitive physiological and biochemical indexes during these projects.On this base,we still built different sensitive index system for athletes,such as body function condition,exercise load adaptability,sports fatigue status,pre-match state,excessive fatigue status and body recovery.Conclusion:We have constructed a set of biological monitoring system and its various sensitive physiological and biochemical indexes for freestyle skiing aerials and half-pipe snowboarding.It provides scientific theoretical basis for coaches to establish training plan and for key players to adjust pre-match state.

Because Chinese Freestyle Skiing Aerials and Veneer U-Shaped Venue project started late,the ready-made biological monitoring theories are few.The results showed that it was still blank when we consulted foreign related literature.Thus constructing Freestyle Skiing Aerials Project and Veneer U-Shaped Venue Project biological monitoring system framework is particularly important.We started this biological monitoring from 2000,according to it's own characteristic,we combined the projects that had high correlation to propound the biological monitoring system framework.We aimed to fill domestic and abroad blank and provide scientific and technological support for tackling key problems and serving movement training theory in science and technology.
Objective:Exploring the influence of short-term closed(15 days) comprehensive intervention to provide scientific experiment basic for obese young men for controlling young obesity and improving sexual dysplasia.Methods:10 normal body fat young men were studied as control group,10 obese young men as experiment group(give short-term comprehensive intervention).Before intervention,correlative indexes between these groups,and then comparing the same indexes of obese group among intervention were compared.Result:The body composition、blood glucose、insulin and leptin of obese group were significantly higher than that in control group before intervention(P0.01;P0.01;P0.01;P0.05),but the testosterone was significantly lower(P0.05).The weight,body fat,body fat rate,lean body mass,blood glucose,insulin,leptin,testosterone of experiment group were significantly decreased among intervention(P0.01;P0.01;P0.01;P0.01;P0.01、P0.01、P0.01、P0.05).Insulin and weight,body fat,body fat rate,lean body mass were positively correlated(P0.05;P0.01;P0.01;P0.05).Leptin and body fat rate,insulin were positively correlated(P0.05;P0.01;P0.05).Conclusion:The short-term(15 days) comprehensive intervention has a positive impact on decreasing body fat and improving the resistance of insulin and leptin for obese young men,but has no significant effect on the sexual dysplasia for the time being.The long-term effect remains to be studies.
The body function and the biological load adaptability of male half-pipe athletes of the national team in 2010 Winter Games were monitored and evaluated to explore the changing reularity and provided scientific basis for coaches to adjust training programs.Methods:eight fine male athletes in China were research objects.In different periods,serum testosterone,cortisol,creatine kinase,and blood urea and hemoglobin were tested and evaluated.The results showed that in winter and summer training,the function of athletes is better,but individual players on the physical fitness and sports load condition were volatile,which was mainly embodied in the content of creatine kinase and blood urea,and significantly increased during the winter training in low hemoglobin and high blood urea phenomenon.According to the summer training,we believe that during the high intensity,long trampoline training is to encourage the players on the enzymes and the main cause of the urea.The serious training environment and large load and bad diet are the main cause of the result of high blood urea and hemoglobin.Suggestions are that in the summer training period coaches should in time adjust the intensity of the training to prevent fatigue to ease the movement of the situation and the ability to function and should be especially caring the iron element and high quality protein in the winter training.In addition,coaches should increase the times of monitoring to understand the situation in the function and to adjust the completion of the movement of training plan under high quality.
