"和"文化是我国优秀的传统文化,既作为精神指引推动了我国的文化发展,也为全球化提供了中国方案.当今世界正经历百年未有之大变局,如何推动"和"文化的传播,成为一个关键性的问题.文章运用系统功能语言学中的及物性系统,基于人与人、人与自然、人与社会三个维度分析"和"文化的传播话语,语料收集了近三年来国内重要活动的发言讲稿及其英译本.研究发现,中国坚持以人为本,强调和谐生态观,基于"人类命运共同体"理念展现中国话语,以"和"精神输送中国智慧.
Objective:To investigate the efficacy and toxicity of radiotherapy alone,concurrent radiochemotherapy and radiotherapy combined with adjuvant chemotherapy for patients with cervical carcinoma.Methods:Total of 127 patients with cervical cancer receiving radiotherapy in the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University between October 2008 and October 2013 were enrolled into this study and divided into three groups:radiotherapy alone group (n =45),radiotherapy with concurrent cisplatin chemotherapy group (n =58) and radiotherapy combined with adjuvant chemotherapy (paclitaxel plus carboplatin) group (n =24).All patients in the three treatment groups received radical radiotherapy including pelvic external radiotherapy and 192Ir brachytherapy.The efficacy,toxicities and survival of three groups were observed.Results:All patients finished treatment.The median follow-up time was 41 months.The rates of complete response of radiotherapy alone group,radiotherapy with concurrent cisplatin chemotherapy group and radiotherapy combined with adjuvant chemotherapy group were 53.3% (24/45),77.6% (45/58) and 62.5% (1 5/24),respectively (P =0.496);the 2-year overall survival rates of these three treatment groups were 66.2%,85.4% and 74.9%,respectively (P < 0.05);the 3-year overall survival rates were 64.2%,82.4% and 74.9%,respectively (P < 0.05);the 5-year overall survival rates were 54.8%,78.1% and 74.9%,respectively (P < 0.05);the 2-year progression-free survival rates were 57.9%,87.2% and 69.3%,respectively (P < 0.05);the 3-year progression-free survival rates were 56.1%,83.8% and 69.3%,respectively (P < 0.05).The toxicities were mainly in grades 1-2.There were no significant differences in the rates of leucopenia,thrombocytopenia,nausea and vomiting and bladder injury among the three treatment groups (all P > 0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of radiotherapy with concurrent cisplatin chemotherapy regimen for patients with cervical cancer is better than radiotherapy alone or radiotherapy combined with adjuvant chemotherapy.This concurrent radiochemotherapy regimen can significantly improve the overall survival and progression-free survival of patients with cervical cancer,but the rates of side effects may be increased.For the cervical cancer patients who can not tolerate concurrent radiochemotherapy,the adjuvant chemotherapy can achieve better benefit in survival rather than radiotherapy alone.
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effect of proteasome inhibitor MLN2238on human cervical cancer HeLa cell growth inhibition,it's radiosensitivity and its mechanism.METHODS:HeLa cell growth inhibitory effect was detected by CCK-8;colony formation assay was used to detect the radiosensitivity changes;We used the flow cytometry to detect the rate of apoptosis;Mitochondrial fluorescent probe imaging was used to detect the changes in mitochondrial activity;Determination of protein expression in cells were detected by Western Blot method.RESULTS : The results showed that MLN2238significantly inhibited HeLa cells,with the inhibition rate of 3.95% by 0.05μmol/L,14.89% by 0.1μmol/L, 29.37%by 0.5μmol/L,38.95%by 1μmol/L,54.44%by 5μmol/L,70.52%by 10μmol/L,81.76%by 30μmol/L,and its effect was dose-dependent,F=1172.02,P0.001;MLN2238(0.1μmol/L)showed the radiosensitizing effects on HeLa cells,and the sensitizing enhancement ratio(SER)was 1.40.MLN2238interacts with X-ray in HeLa cells.The apoptosis rate of the control group was(2.64±0.07)%,the MLN2238group was(2.76±0.38)%,the 4Gy radiation single group was(9.50±0.14)%,the 8Gy radiation single group was(21.04±0.04)%,the 4Gy combination group was(11.12±0.19)%,the 8Gy combination group was(26.18±0.35)%,the apoptosis rate was increased,the difference was statistically significant(F=20.23,P=0.002 2).0.1μmol/L MLN2238aggravated the menbrane injury while it can increase apoptosis,the combination of X-rays and MLN2238can increase the expression of protein Bcl-2and Bax.CONCLUSION:MLN2238can inhibite HeLa cells growth and has radiosensitizing effect on HeLa cells,which may be mediated through the mitochondrial pathway of apoptosis.
患者,女性,40岁,因"大便带血半月"于2007年8月15日收住人普通外科,即日即行清肠准备,次日行肠镜检查示"乙状结肠溃疡增生性病变",8月19日患者出现四肢关节疼痛,尤以踝关节,腕关节为重,并伴身上出现散发皮肤脓包,遵医嘱予克林霉素凝胶局部外涂,效果欠佳.
