研究原子吸收分光光度测定蜂蜜中铅含量的分析检测方法.实验表明,采用灰化法处理蜂蜜样品,用石墨炉原子吸收法测定蜂蜜的铅,精密度好,精确度高,能够满足日常分析要求.
Sample of propolis was digested with conc.HNO3 and conc.HClO4 mixture,until the color of solution turned to colorless or light yellow and fumed with HClO4.The solution was diluted with 0.5 mol·L-1 HNO3 and used for AAS determination.Linear regression equation of the calibration curve was found as A=0.001 6 C+0.006 3(r=0.999 8).Detection limit(S/N=3) of the method was found to be 0.04 mg·kg-1.The proposed method was used in the analysis of substantial samples for the lead contents,giving value of RSD(n=6) 1.0%,and values of recovery in the range from 76.0%-105.0%.
The characters and the development of green environmental protection coatings, such as high property water-borne architecture coatings, water-borne wood coatings, powder coatings and high solids coatings were discussed in detail. Some suggestions about water-borne coatings, powder coatings and high solids coatings were proposed.
