Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),the fourth leading cause of death in the world,represented an important public health challenge.Appropriate medicine therapy in COPD was used to reduce symptoms,the frequency and severity of exacerbations,and improve exercise tolerance and health status.Rational use of the drugs that have different mechanisms,different duration of action was a research focus of COPD.The progress of COPD drug during these years and the strategy of drug treatment were reviewed in this paper.
Objective To study the antihypertensive effects of s corn protein and its hydrolysates on spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHR).Methods Sixty 6~8 week-old male SHR were randomly divided into 5 groups: group A(corn protein),group B(corn protein's hydrolysate prepared with pepsin),group C(corn protein's hydrolysate prepared with trypsin),group D(corn protein's hydrolysate prepared with complex enzyme) and group E(saline).Each group were orally adiministered at dose of 1g/kg body weight.Subsequently,systolic blood pressure of SHR was measured at a fixed time interval(0,1,2,4,6 and 8 h) post-adiministration.Results Results showed that all hydrolysates had significant inhibition on blood pressure of SHR and compound enzyme hydrolysate had the strongest effect on antihypertension during 0~6 h,with SBP decreased significantly which compared with group A,B,C and E(P<0.01).Conclusion A significant decrease in systolic blood pressure of SHR was observed in group,B,C and D.
为了适应新时期军事斗争需要,加强学员军事卫勤素质培养,近年来我校进一步加强卫勤教学及演习物资的保障工作,针对卫勤物资保障管理中存在的问题,加强卫勤仓库建设,完善卫勤装备、耗材的保障管理.经过不断建设与实践,取得了较好效果,确保了军事卫勤教学计划的顺利实施,保障了教学需要.本文结合我们在加强卫勤物资保障和卫勤仓库建设中的做法谈几点认识和体会.
随着医科院校教育形势的不断发展,院校仪器设备等硬件条件得到了进一步改善,尤其是"211"工程建设院校,由于资金投入增加,仪器设备建设发展较快.近3年来,我校仪器设备建设投入增加了2.57亿元,仪器设备总值每年平均增加幅度达到11%,设备总值达到了8.74亿人民币.仪器设备的优良率达到了89.41%,与1999年我校仪器设备普查时相比,上升了4.5%.这些数据表明,我校仪器设备总值增长速度较快,设备养护良好,保持了较高的总体质量等级,仪器设备建设取得了明显成效,有效促进了院校教育的发展.但通过教学评估和仪器普查也发现在仪器设备的经费、管理、维修等方面尚存在一些不合格因素,制约着院校教育的发展,本文谨从以下几方面分析仪器设备管理中存在的问题,提出仪器设备管理改进措施和相应对策.
