The paper introduced the theory of the standard score and its application in instructional supervision and analyzed the difference between the standard score and original score in instructional supervision recording and revealed the reasons behind the difference.Besides,the paper pointed out the advantages which included scientificity and stability,providing information of the grade level,being suitable for longitudinal comparison and the crosswise comparison,and disadvantages such as complex calculation and depending on the distribution of original records.Finally,the paper put forward some recommendations on using standard score in instructional supervision:keeping the stability of the supervision expert team,insurance of supervision times,carrying out classified supervision and viewing the scores in its entirety.
通过调查明确热带医学专业本科应突出培养学生哪些方面的知识、能力和技能;并运用自制的能力培养需求量表调查了军医大学热带医学与公共卫生学系教师23名、部队军医22名、部队卫生领导20名.结果 表明,职业素质、临床技能、沟通技能和预防医学专业技能等解决实际问题的能力与技能受到调查对象的重视.提示在热带医学本科生培养过程中,应将目标定位在培养学生解决实际问题的能力上,课程设置应突出热带医学的专业特点和实践能力的培养.
目的 分析研究型医师培养项目的意义.方法 对入选研究型医师培养项目的医师的科研与临床工作情况进行分析.结果 人选医师具有较好的研究和临床工作基础,但在学术任职、国际学术会议报告、成果奖、SCI论文影响因子和他引次数、国家发明专利、多中心临床研究,以及主攻专病方向收治患者情况等方面还需加强.结论 研究型医师培养项目对引导临床医师关注专病的研究和临床工作,以及关注研究与临床的结合具有指导意义.
Scientific research in colleges and universities was partly constrained by the problems of back -ward administration philosophy , imperfect administrative system, under -competent administrative team and un-sound funds administrative mechanism existing in scientific researching administration .Measures should be taken by scientific research administration department , such as updating the scientific research administration philosophy , optimizing administrative system, improving the quality of administrative staff and strengthening funds administra -tion.
目的:观察破壁灵芝孢子粉对人肺癌细胞(A549细胞)超微结构的影响及对生长的抑制作用.方法:选取A549细胞并采用离体实验研究破壁灵芝孢子粉对肺癌细胞的作用.利用透射电镜研究破壁灵芝孢子粉对A549细胞超微结构的影响;利用CCK-8研究破壁灵芝孢子粉对A549细胞生长的抑制作用;利用乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)研究破壁灵芝孢子粉对细胞膜通透性的影响.结果:透射电镜观察显示破壁灵芝孢子粉可进入A549细胞,细胞中线粒体出现肿胀等现象;10 mg/ml破壁灵芝孢子粉可导致大量A549细胞肿胀、崩解.CCK-8检测结果显示破壁灵芝孢子粉导致A549细胞的存活率明显下降.LDH检测显示破壁灵芝孢子粉可使A549细胞的LDH释放量明显增加,且存在浓度依赖关系.结论:破壁灵芝孢子粉对人肺癌细胞具有显著抑制作用.
Objective: Develop a kind of portable negative pressure calibrator by the design and implement of method. Methods:By the working principle of negative pressure sensor and gas flow sensor, the negative pressure aspirator realizes the calibration function and stability of the monitoring function of the pressure and flow. Results:Stating from the design concept, this portable negative pressure can satisfy the requirement of the quality control and test work. Conclusion:Guarantee the accuracy and efficiency in the clinical first aid and field battle when using attractor. This avoids attractor of iatrogenic injury accident caused by negative pressure fall off.
The administration of scientific research work in military colleges had their own characteristics. There were some special problems in the aspects of projects administration, research methods, research contents and research team building except the common problems existing in colleges and universities.Based on the analy-zing of these problems, some possible countermeasures were put forward.Possible measures included improving ad-ministrative system, research collaboration, research purposiveness and research team.
To explore the mechanism of sarcoplasmic reticulum calcium uptake in heart failure myocytes. Methods: Adult rat ventricular myocytes were isolated by enzymatic digestion from the rat model of chronic heart failure, which was produced by ligation of the left anterior descending coronary artery. Sarcoplasmic reticulum calcium content was measured by laser scanning confocal microscopy;western blot method was used to analyze the differences in expression of calcium handling proteins in sham and heart failure. Results:The fluorescence intensity of ratsmyocytesin heart failure group was much lower than the sham group, and the caffeine induced calcium transients in heart failure group was lower than that of the sham group. The expression of PLN phosphorylation level decreased, but the level of overall PLN did not change. The expression of SERCA2a decreased and the level of PP1 increased. Conclusion:The main reasons for reducing sarcoplasmic reticulum calcium uptake were the reduction of SERCA2a expression and the decrease of SERCA2a activity.
通过对军队医学院校援外培训教学中授课形式、教学方法和教学评价等方面的调查,提出医学援外培训教育应注意合理安排授课形式、采取灵活的教学方法、提高教师的授课技能、采取适当的学习评价方式,以提高教学质量。
Objective To screen the selection and assessment indexes of research -oriented department and physician .Methods The importance and feasibility of the indexes were evaluated with Delphi method and brain storm.Results 10 of the 12 indexes had reasonable importance and feasibility which with good correlation . 7 indexes were determined , including specific disease , academic position , funding and academic awards , thesis in SCI journals , holding academic conference , the proportion of patients with specific disease , the proportion of out-of-town patients , multi-center clinical research , patents and guidelines for clinical diagnosis and treatment , etc. Conclusion The 7 indexes could be used to select and evaluate the research -oriented clinical department and physician .
运用自制的临床医学(热带医学专业方向)课程设置需求量表,在部队卫勤领导、部队军医、军医大学热带医学与公共卫生学系教师中进行调查.结果表明,野战外科学、野战内科学、热带传染病学、热带军队流行病学等课程,以及突出实践能力培养的课程受到调查对象的重视,提示在热带医学专业方向培养过程中,课程体系设置要突出专业特点,要突出实用性,教学过程中要注重培养学生的实践能力.
军队干休所老干部高年龄、高患病率的趋势日益显著,易发心脑血管意外等急症.这些急症发病急,易夜间发病,干休所军医是第一个到达现场的医务人员,因而熟练掌握急救技能显得极为重要[1].为了解干休所军医急症处置能力,笔者对干休所军医急症处置能力进行了调查,旨在为提高军队离退休老干部卫生服务水平提供参考. 1 对象和方法 1.1 调查对象 于2013年3月起,对在某军医院校干休所军医培训班学习的军医进行调查,共发放问卷732份,回收有效问卷715份,有效回收率97.68%.

目的 探讨乙酰肝素酶(HPSE) siRNA对部分肝切除大鼠术后肝再生的抑制作用.方法 设计合成HPSE siRNA,以vivo-jetPEI-Gal为载体转染70%肝切除大鼠,以逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)检测转染后HPSE mRNA表达,以Western blot检测AFP、ALB、CK-18和CK-19蛋白表达,以原位末端标记法(Tunel)检测肝细胞凋亡,以免疫组化检测肝组织增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)表达,并测定肝再生率.结果 与各对照组相比,siRNA干扰组HPSE mRNA表达明显降低,AFP、ALB、CK-18和CK-19蛋白表达明显降低,肝细胞凋亡指数明显增高,增殖指数明显降低,肝再生率明显降低,差别显著(P<0.05).结论 siRNA沉默HPSE表达后,部分肝切除大鼠术后肝再生受到明显抑制,提示HPSE对肝再生具有调控作用.

随着医科院校教育形势的不断发展,院校仪器设备等硬件条件得到了进一步改善,尤其是"211"工程建设院校,由于资金投入增加,仪器设备建设发展较快.近3年来,我校仪器设备建设投入增加了2.57亿元,仪器设备总值每年平均增加幅度达到11%,设备总值达到了8.74亿人民币.仪器设备的优良率达到了89.41%,与1999年我校仪器设备普查时相比,上升了4.5%.这些数据表明,我校仪器设备总值增长速度较快,设备养护良好,保持了较高的总体质量等级,仪器设备建设取得了明显成效,有效促进了院校教育的发展.但通过教学评估和仪器普查也发现在仪器设备的经费、管理、维修等方面尚存在一些不合格因素,制约着院校教育的发展,本文谨从以下几方面分析仪器设备管理中存在的问题,提出仪器设备管理改进措施和相应对策.
