The structure of heart, stomach, intestine, liver, pancreas, spleen, nephras in Scophthalmus maximus were observed with micro-technique. The results showed that there were three layers from inter to outer in the heart: endocardium, myocardium and epicardium, in which myocardium were the thickest. The inner wall of the stomach and intestines is divided into the inner and outer layers, the mucous layer, the lower layer, the muscular layer and the film. Sometimes oxyphilous particles were observed in stomach gland. The plicae of intestinal mucosa were simple ciliated columnar epithelium. Calyciform cell was found in the cellula co lumno epithelialis and the volume was large. The volume of liver cells was so large and was polygon in shape. The liver cells made of concavo-convex liver cell cords with central vein as center. Most part of pancreas attached on the intestine wall while a few parts imbed in the liver. The splenic parenchyma was made up of white pulp and red pulp. There were many central arteriae inside the splenic parenchyma. Nephros were made up of renal corpuscle and renal tubule. Cortex and medulla was mixed together.
Lymphocyte morphological observation,lymphocyte labelling and MTT method were used to observe the effects of tilmicosin and metronidazole alone or combination on peripheral blood lymphocyte transformation rates,ANAE positive rates and lymphocyte proliferations in pigs.The results showed that 0.25~100 μg/mL of metronidazole promoted the proliferation and transformation of lymphocytes in vitro and 2.5~10 mg/kg of metronidazole increased the number of mature T lymphocytes in vivo,which suggested that metronidazole could enhance cellular immunity.However,the results of tilmicosin were similar to those of negative control whether in vitro or in vivo,indicating this antibiotic did not promote or inhibit lymphocyte proliferations,and thus could not influence cellular immunity.
2006年7月广西某地区的养猪户和中小型养猪场所饲养的保育猪、生长肥育猪和部分母猪发生了一种烈性传染病,该病传播迅速、发病率达50%以上,严重时可全群发病,病程一般为7~10 d,治疗效果往往不佳,死亡率达50%~90%.
In this study,one-day-age chickens were inoculated infectious bronchitis vaccine with eye-drop and intranasal immunization.In order to observe the distribution and variation of numbers of immunoglobulin A-secreting (SIgA)cells,the paraffin slice of the Harderian gland and trachea were dyed with staphylococal protein A-horseradish peroxidase,the results showed that SIgA positive cells distributed in the interstitial of Harderian gland.In the trachea, SIgA cells mainly distributed among tracheal mucous epithelium and lamina propria;there were also SIgA cells scattered in the microcrypt formed with partial mucosal epithelia.Statistical analysis demonstrated that in the immuned groups,the number of SIgA cell in Harderian gland and trachea was significantly more than that of the control groups while the number of SIgA cell in nasal-drop groups was less than that in eye-drop groups.Moreover,strengthening immunization helped multiply the number of SIgA cells.
猪圆环病毒2型(Porcine circovirus-2,PCV-2)是引发断奶仔猪多系统消耗综合征的主要病原,发病猪表现为呼吸困难、贫血,出现明显的淋巴组织病变和渐进性消瘦.猪胸膜肺炎放线杆菌可引起猪发生以出血性纤维素性胸膜炎为病理特征的传染性胸膜肺炎.2006年4月广西北海某猪场暴发一种热性、全身消耗性疾病,同时伴发呼吸困难、寒颤、下痢等症状.从送检猪的临床症状、病理变化、病毒基因检测及细菌分离培养、鉴定等方面,诊断为PCV-2和胸膜肺炎放线杆菌混合感染,该病的正确诊断为防治该病提供有力的理论依据.
