绝缘接头(法兰)绝缘性能和管内电流是阴极保护参数中较为重要的数据.采用GB/T 21246-2007中推荐的各种方法,对长庆油田靖边集输管道系统进行绝缘性能和管内电流测试研究.通过数据分析,结合数值分析、误差分析等对国标中推荐的测试方法进行了分析讨论.研究结果表明:电位法和PCM漏电率法适用于在役绝缘接头(法兰)的绝缘性能测试,两者结合使用可以提高测量的准确性.仪器测量精度不够导致漏电电阻法和接地电阻测量仪法不适用于绝缘接头(法兰)的绝缘性能测试.电压降法和标定法适用于管内电流的测量.对这些方法的现场应用提出了一些有益的建议.

In this paper,For the actual production status of water wells with high salinity formation in Jingbian gas field,Cluster analysis was used to conduct water production wells classification,Foaming pharmacy systematic evaluation method was used to evaluate and optimize the foaming pharmacy suitable for water wells in Jingbian gas field with foam drainage gas,Also a reasonable parameters is determined.simultaneously,the ground process matched with foam drainage gas is optimized and consummated in this paper. Finally,gas wells are optimized to conduct the field test and achieve good effects.
