The renaming of the first-level discipline of library, information, and archives management as information resources management is undoubtedly a good opportunity to expand the discipline space in many directions. Therefore, this paper compares and analyzes the similarities and differences between the research on library, information, and archives and the research on information resources management in other disciplines. Then we can get inspiration from it, especially from the non-library and information fields, so as to explore the development direction and expansion space of information resources management. First, we retrive the papers of library and information science, archives science, the papers of other disciplines on "information resources management" and the papers published in Journal of Information Resources Management in recent 10 years from CNKI to build four data sets. Then, we use deep learning model BERTopic to identify topics, and analyze the similarities and differences of research topics and evolution trends, citation network features and research paradigms of the four data sets. Based on this, the direction of discipline development was explored. The study found that the research on library, information, and archives and the research on information resources management in other disciplines are both oriented by national strategy, driven by digital intelligence technology, and focused on the practical problems of social development. While the library, information, and archives field focused more on the in-depth exploration of the nature, general rules, and methodology of information resources management, other disciplines paid attention to its application in all walks of life of social and economic development. In terms of the citation characteristics, the library, information, and archives field had a strong correlation with social sciences such as administration, economic management and computer science, but a weak correlation with science, technology and agriculture. It is suggested that on the basis of strengthening the foundation and constantly promoting the cross-integration of the discipline, sub-discipline such as "industry information resource management" and "data resource management" should be added to expand and deepen the knowledge system of information resources management, improve the universality and application of its theoretical methods, and strengthen the influence of the discipline.
PurposeThis study analyzed the interdisciplinary characteristics of Chinese research studies in library and information science (LIS) measured by knowledge elements extracted through the Lexicon-LSTM model.Design/methodology/approachEight research themes were selected for experiment, with a large-scale (N = 11,625) dataset of research papers from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) database constructed. And it is complemented with multiple corpora. Knowledge elements were extracted through a Lexicon-LSTM model. A subject knowledge graph is constructed to support the searching and classification of knowledge elements. An interdisciplinary-weighted average citation index space was constructed for measuring the interdisciplinary characteristics and contributions based on knowledge elements.FindingsThe empirical research shows that the Lexicon-LSTM model has superiority in the accuracy of extracting knowledge elements. In the field of LIS, the interdisciplinary diversity indicator showed an upward trend from 2011 to 2021, while the disciplinary balance and difference indicators showed a downward trend. The knowledge elements of theory and methodology could be used to detect and measure the interdisciplinary characteristics and contributions.Originality/valueThe extraction of knowledge elements facilitates the discovery of semantic information embedded in academic papers. The knowledge elements were proved feasible for measuring the interdisciplinary characteristics and exploring the changes in the time sequence, which helps for overview the state of the arts and future development trend of the interdisciplinary of research theme in LIS.
From the perspective of user-centeredness,and based on information construction and technology acceptance models,this paper divides public cultural cloud platforms’ navigation systems into four dimensions,i.e. vision,content,operation and result,and then proposes a theoretical model for analyzing people’s willingness to use such navigation systems. Taking the mobile terminal of National Public Cultural Cloud Platform as an example,it designs a measurement scale of influencing factors of peoples’ usage willingness,aiming to verify the validity of the proposed model. The result shows that:The four dimensions have a significant positive impact on users’ perception of usefulness and ease of use;Both usefulness cognition and ease-of-use cognition have a significant impact on users’ attitude towards navigation use,which in turn affects their willingness to use and their actual usage;Navigation vision and content have a significant negative impact on cognitive load,which indirectly affects users’ willingness to use;The usefulness cognition has the most significant influence on the willingness to use;The usage willingness of people without a bachelor’s degree is generally higher than that of people with a bachelor’s degree or above. In the end,it is proposed to enhance the usefulness of navigation content,simplify the operations, reduce the external cognitive load of visual navigation, and improve the personalized display of navigation results, so as to improve people’s willingness to use National Public Cultural Cloud Platform’s navigation system.
[Purpose/Significance]The appearance of ChatGPT led the rapid penetration of generative AI into the various walks of life and reshaped the industrial form.In this context, information science will inevitably be greatly affected.This paper discusses the research and practice trend of information science driven by generative AI,aiming at providing reference for information science to better meet the opportunities and challenges brought by AI reform.[Method/Process]Firstly, the influence of generative AI on information science research was discussed from three aspects: research problems, data sources and research paradigms.Secondly, this paper deeply analyzed the changes that generative AI would bring to information practice from four aspects: comprehensive knowledge service, academic information service, decision-making information service and social information service.Finally, combined with the limitations of ChatGPT,the problems that information science should consider when integrating generative AI and the contributions that information science can make were discussed.[Results/Conclusion]Generative AI is likely to have a great impact on information science, but if handled properly, it can promote the promotion of information science and innovate the information service model.Information science should actively embrace the new generation of artificial intelligence and explore the path of cross-integration with generative AI,but at the same time it needs to maintain an objective and prudent attitude.
在信息泛化、新技术不断涌现的环境中,推进知识组织领域的标准化具有重要意义.本文收集了 2009年以来ISO、IFLA、W3C以及美国、英国和中国的知识组织领域标准规范,从类别、发布时间、标准状态与标龄、引用关系四个方面进行描述和比较,全面呈现知识组织领域标准规范发展状况.知识组织领域标准规范呈现资源描述标准更新、标识标准被全面修订、大数据标准化工作取得进展等重要变化,以及体系日益完善、元数据标准等部分标准发展良好、中国标准对国际标准的同步性和引领性有待加强等特点,同时知识组织领域的标准规范逐渐呈现出交叉融合、建设机制更加灵活、知识关联与数据交换逐渐成为重点等发展趋势.建议我国既要根据知识组织领域的发展需求对传统标准规范进行不断更新,也要探索新技术在知识组织领域的应用标准;既要与国际标准保持同步,又要力争发挥引领作用.
[Research purpose] Investigating the information access and its relevance judgment during essay writing task is beneficial for better understanding user information behavior and further promoting the research in this field. [Research method] This paper adopts diary method to collect users’ self-recorded diary data about their relevance judgment at different stages of authentic work task process given a course essay assignment. It includes predictive and evaluative judgments, as well as the application of judgment criteria and document information elements. These data are analyzed using both qualitative and quotative methods for statistical significance testing. [Research conclusion] The study finds that there is significant correlation between predictive and evaluative judgments, and the former is significantly affected by the work task stage. In addition, judgment criteria and document elements as well as their combination patterns are diverse in predictive judgment. The type and number of judgment criteria and document elements applied are significantly different at different work-task stages. This research can provide inspiration for user information behavior theory and practice of information organization and retrieval system in the context of course essay writing.
[目的/意义]人工智能技术迅速更迭,ChatGPT正在驱动各行各业的变革与发展,知识组织环境发生了巨大变化.在此背景下,文章分析ChatGPT用于知识组织任务的效能,探索知识组织与新一代AI融合的方式方法,对于促进知识组织领域的创新发展具有重要意义.[方法/过程]文章以知识组织体系和实际业务为参考框架,设计了文献著录、标引、本体构建等8类实验任务,由ChatGPT根据提示完成任务并对其完成效果进行评估,进而思考ChatGPT在知识组织领域发挥的作用以及知识组织未来发展的趋向问题.[结果/结论]ChatGPT具有较强的自适应性,但创造力有限,面对复杂的知识组织任务尚不能直接生成可用的产品.未来知识组织领域的发展需要充分发挥专业人员的创新能力,不断探索知识组织与ChatGPT等生成式AI深度融合的理论体系和规则方法.
[目的/意义]个体认识论信念是主体心理世界的现象,也是影响个人学习过程的重要因素.本研究以气候变化议题为研究情境,诠释个体在搜索即学习过程中的认识论信念和知识建构过程,对拓展和细化信息搜索研究中的主体属性维度,把握信息研究和认识论研究的相交点具有重要意义.[方法/过程]本研究以解释现象学为方法论,通过访谈、问卷和眼动追踪引导的回溯性口头报告了解参与者一般性认识论信念和主题认识论信念,采用访谈和书面报告从知识质量、知识变化广度和知识变化深度多个方面探究搜索过程中的知识变化.[结果/结论]研究发现,两种认识论信念差异较大;主题认识论信念的简单性和确定性越低,则搜索策略越灵活,知识质量更高,知识变化广度更大;当认识正当性信念缺失时,知识变化深度也会缺失;主体对知识有用性建构影响了最终的知识表达.
[目的/意义]文章旨在探讨ChatGPT用于论文创新性评价的效果与可行性,如果以ChatGPT为代表的生成式人工智能可以用于论文创新性评价,将能够有效提高创新评价效率.[方法/过程]通过模拟真实的论文创新性评价需求和应用场景,选择生命科学、细胞免疫、市场营销、经济学、人工智能、信息资源管理6个研究领域完成超24轮论文创新性评价实验.采用内容分析法,深入分析ChatGPT在论文创新性评价过程中生成的文中本材料,对其创新评价过程、标准与可行性进行研究.[结果/结论]研究发现,ChatGPT在论文创新性评价任务展现出良好性能,评价方法与标准均表现出较高的综合性与科学性,能够较好地完成多学科领域的论文创新性评价.现阶段,ChatGPT用于论文创新性评价的稳定性、准确性与真实性稍显不足,可在相关任务中将其视为高效的论文创新性评价辅助工具.随着提示工程的发展、互联网访问权限的开启、学术数据库的开放获取,ChatGPT用于论文创新性评价的不足预计会被逐渐弥补.
[Purpose/Significance]As a tool to guide users to browse and query on information platform,navigation plays a very important role in the efficiency and experience of information acquisition. This study takes the rumour-dispelling platform as a sample,aiming to explore the strategy of navigation function optimization from the perspective of user experience.[Method/Process]From the perspective of user experience,this paper adopts a combination of eye-tracking experiments and interviews to observe the differential effects of different navigation types,locations,information organization methods and other factors on user gaze indicators. Based on the theory of technological affordance,we extract the navigation factors that affect user experience and usage intention,and then,put forward some suggestions for navigation optimization.[Result/Conclusion]It found that the content delivered by navigation is the main factor affecting the user.s gaze index,and classified navigation is more in line with user preferences. Interactive affordance,immersion affordance,searchability and information affordance should be the focus of the design and optimization of the rumor refutation platform navigation.
[目的/意义]面对AI进步与ChatGPT类大模型发展为情报领域带来的前所未有之变革,文章多方面分析国内外生成式AI大模型执行情报领域典型任务的有效性与可靠性,为高效利用其能力助力情报工作提供参考.[方法/过程]文章结合情报领域多方面工作内容设计问题,分别在Gpt-3.5-Turbo与ChatGLM-6B大语言模型上进行测试、对照与提示工程探索,采用专家打分法进行测评,详细分析评价大语言模型的9项能力水平.[结果/结论]大语言模型在执行多数典型情报任务上都展现出了较强能力,运用好提示工程能大幅提升大语言模型的优势能力,结合外部工具可以有效弥补大语言模型自身的短板,充分挖掘大语言模型潜力将带来情报工作效率的巨大提升.
[目的/意义]探究影响科技创新发展的政策因素,对各地不断完善科技创新政策体系,激发创新活力以及促进经济社会发展具有重要意义.[方法/过程]首先,基于科技创新环境与创新生态系统理论,构建科技创新发展的政策因素影响模型.然后,选取国内 300 个地级及以上城市作为样本,利用文本挖掘、内容分析等方法对政策文本的数量、发布机构等外部特征,以及政策工具、对象和注意力等内容特征进行量化.最后,使用相关性分析和多元回归分析对影响因素模型中变量间的关系进行实证检验.[结果/结论]政策发布机构数量、效力级别、发布频率、政策工具和政策对象对科技创新发展都具有正向显著的影响;政策数量、政策注意力与科技创新发展具有正向相关关系.

[目的/意义]基于深度学习的中共党史文献命名实体识别,有助于探索与挖掘党史资源的价值,对于构建中共党史领域专业术语库、知识图谱、知识问答系统等应用发挥着基础性作用,为进一步的智慧化的中共党史数字人文研究提供基础支撑.[方法/过程]本研究采用基于Trie树的字符串匹配算法完成实验语料的批量标注任务,利用中文 XLNet(Generalized Autoregressive Pre training for Language Understanding,XLNet)预训练模型嵌入主流BiLSTM-CRF模型中,构建基于XLNet-BiLSTM-CRF的中共党史文献命名实体识别模型.[结果/结论]该模型在命名实体识别中表现优异,其调和平均数F值为0.9535,高于BiLSTM-CRF、BERT-BiLSTM-CRF、BERT-wwm-ext-BiLSTM-CRF、XLNet-CRF等深度学习模型.研究表明本文提出的方法对于中共党史非结构化文本挖掘工作具有可行性和有效性.
尽管已有研究提出了大量面向过程的信息交互模型,但是鲜有研究对这些模型进行系统梳理和比较,导致对信息交互的具体过程缺乏清晰的理解。本文首先通过回顾哲学及社会科学领域中对过程法以及过程研究的解释,得到一般性过程模型的基本要素组成;其次,综合采用引文回溯、数据库检索等方式,较为全面系统地查找信息行为及相关领域中提出的信息交互模型,根据过程法的特点筛选出相应的模型,并将这些模型分为动态演化模型、认知过程模型、行为过程模型和任务导向下的过程模型四个类型分别进行梳理;最后,从一般性过程模型的组成元素出发,包括阶段数量、阶段间关系、输入输出因素等方面,对各个模型进行比较和分析,发现这些模型既存在差异也存在共性。本文的结论有助于从更细粒度的时间维度上揭示信息交互这一复杂现象的过程性特点,也有利于为面向过程的信息检索系统评价与优化等提出相应的启示。
[目的/意义]思考与探讨万物互联时代下情报学的发展阶段与方向,对情报学的学科发展和建设具有重要意义.[方法/过程]本文主要通过文献梳理、概念辨析以及归纳总结等方法,在阐明万物互联的涵义与关键要素的基础上,通过剖析智慧数据与聚合型研究的涵义及关系,提出智慧数据的三个基本特征、聚合界定的过程视角,以及两者之间的相互作用关系.[结果/结论]本文提出了情报学正在迈向基于智慧数据的聚合型研究新阶段,并提出了三条主要途径.[创新/局限]本文主要属于理论思考的成果,有待进一步分析和验证.
[目的/意义]研究搜索引擎使用过程中影响交互的因素与用户体验之间的关系,对学科领域情报的准确获取,提高科研效率,促进学科发展具有重要意义.[方法/过程]本研究选取百度学术搜索引擎作为对象,基于FMP交互模型构建学术搜索引擎交互因素影响用户体验模型,通过问卷采集数据,研究影响学术搜索引擎用户体验的交互因素.[结果/结论]研究发现:检索功能交互和检索内容交互对用户体验有显著影响,且内容交互对用户体验的影响程度大于功能交互;检出结果的分类、排序、快捷引用等操作功能对检索功能交互和检索内容交互有显著影响;检索界面设计对检索内容交互影响显著;检索过程中辅助定向功能对检索功能交互有显著影响.
[目的/意义]"情报"和"信息"术语的选择和使用在一定程度上反映了中国情报学的发展历程,甚至有可能影响今后中国情报学的发展.本研究通过考察"情报""信息"以及含"情报"和"信息"的两类术语在情报学论文中的使用情况和趋势,分析术语使用对情报学研究产生的影响,以对未来情报学研究中"情报"和"信息"术语的区分使用提出建议,为中国特色情报学的学科体系、学术体系和话语体系建设提供一定参考.[方法/过程]本研究选择CNKI数据库"情报学、情报工作"目录下收录的期刊论文作为研究对象,通过对术语出现情况、出现位置进行组合,制定不同的检索条件,收集数据后形成基础数据集.研究主要使用内容分析法,并辅佐使用人工编码的方法,从多个角度对各数据集内论文的关键词、主题情况进行讨论,剖析研究者使用"情报"和"信息"术语的背景、原因和意义.[结果/结论]研究发现,目前情报学研究对两类术语的使用已较为规范,但其中很大一部分论文实际是在研究"信息"而非"情报".针对这种情况,建议国内情报学增加对"情报"的实质性研究,在研究"信息"的同时,深化和扩展对"情报"的研究.
