The distribution of basic farmland is one of the important contents in the new round of the general land use planning.It can be described as the process in which some cultivated land defined in the general plans for land utilization is given priority to be demarcated as basic farmland based on certain indexes.This paper is aimed at formulating such an index system of basic farmland based on the specific conditions of the cultivated land,and its terrain,location and social and economic development.With the help of spatial analysis of grid data in GIS,the influence factors of each pix are comprehensively analyzed and evaluated and the scores of each pix are obtained.Through the suitability analysis of cultivated land in combination with a consideration of possible future transformation of cultivated land into construction land,a basic farmland layout diagram of LongTan town at the end of the planning period is drawn,which may provide services for the next overall land planning.
Staging with the actual situation of rural construction land in Chongqing,the writer constructs the indictors system of intensive utilization in order to confirm the indictors ’ importance by using AHP method.Then analyzes the level of intensive utilization and changing rule of Chongqing ’s rural construction land from 1999 to 2007.And the same of every country ’s rural construction land in Chongqing in 2007 with the GIS technology.The result shows that: The level of intensive utilization of Chongqing ’s rural construction land descends first and then increases,and in the state of a low degree overall.In the spatial,the level of intensive utilization of the areas close to the one-hour economic circle is higher than the Northeast and Southeast.At last,the paper proposes measures and suggestions on the promotion of intensive utilization of rural construction land based the result.
在GIS技术的支持下,利用三峡库区重庆段1986、1995、2000和2007年4期土地利用资料及相关数据,分析了库区20多年来水田生态系统服务价值的变化情况。结果表明:1986—2007年,库区水田面积减少了40 128 hm2,间接服务价值呈减少趋势,但生态系统服务价值仍增加了12.12亿元。出现这种情况的原因是因价值系数增大造成的水田生态系统服务总价值变化大于因水田面积减少所产生的价值变化。由于重庆三峡库区特殊的地理条件,水田生态系统还具有巨大的环境功能价值和维持区域生态安全价值,因此保护和合理利用水田资源是我们义不容辞的责任。
On the base of in-depth analysis of the spatial data quality,the authors try to design the quality control system of the country-level rural land-use database,then they focus on discussing several key quality control techniques in quality control system.At last,they expound the evaluation model of database on the quality.It has an important significance for ensuring the county-level rural land-use database construction efficiency and improving the application prospect.
In 21st century,how to carry out land consolidation scientifically and effectively has been an important and urgent issue.Based on the analysis of problems in current land arrangement in China,this paper presents a new horizon of land consolidation,which can be useful in further land consolidation and significant in reaching the goal of sustainable use of land resource.
