客户侧窃电行为不仅造成电能资源大量流失,同时造成线路负荷过载引发火灾等重大安全事故.针对当前客户侧窃电行为的多样性与隐蔽性特征,以约束客户侧窃电行为为目的 ,设计了客户侧窃电态势感知及智能预警关键技术.考虑客户侧窃电行为的多样性与隐蔽性特性,选取额定电压偏离度、电压不平衡率与电流不平衡率等6个客户侧窃电态势感知指标,利用RBF神经网络构建客户侧窃电态势感知模型,将所选取的6个指标与相关数据作为模型输入,通过动态K均值聚类算法优化模型,模型输出结果即为客户侧窃电态势感知结果.基于感知结果,通过声光报警装置与智能设备实现智能预警,实验结果显示,该技术能够有效抑制客户侧窃电行为.
为解决传统的"拉网式排查"工作方式存在判定窃电行为依赖个人经验、效率不高、跑冒滴漏多等不足,难以适应不法分子窃电向专业化、隐蔽化、职业化发展的趋势,提出了建设智能反窃电信息平台的思想.该平台通过对用电信息采集系统原始数据的挖掘和分析,应用窃电指纹库的模型和算法,对异常用电情况进行检查、取证、分析和处理;通过建立统一的智能反窃电信息平台,提升供电公司反窃电信息技术水平,将供电公司的用电检查与反窃电工作推向信息化、自动化、智能化
我国西南地区的电力线路检查工作工中存在着人工检查耗时耗力、地形地貌复杂的特点。为解决此类问题,电力企业引进了航拍技术。无人机航拍技术与传统的人工检查相比,无人机航拍检查技术具有低成本、全天候、适应复杂地形的优势,能够帮助电力运维检修单位及时获取图像信息,对于提升工作效率、降低劳动强度具有重要意义。本文主要针对无人机航拍技术,结合电力企业线路检查的实际情况,对无人机在其中的应用进行分析,以期更好改进我国的电力系统检查维护水平。
目前窃电现象严重且窃电手段先进,但反窃电手段仍以人工稽核为主,存在工作量大、取证困难和缺乏针对性等问题.为了解决上述问题,利用供电企业积累的大量客户档案数据和历史用电数据,通过二阶聚类分析窃电用户的定性特征,用深度学习和CHAID决策树分类评估用户的窃电嫌疑概率,根据异常值分析手段为疑似窃电行为取证提供依据.实践表明,本方案缩小了窃电嫌疑用户范围,减少了防窃电的工作量,提高了稽核针对性,且为供电单位进行窃电侦查提供了依据,从而减少了供电企业财务损失,保障电网运行安全.
