生物化学是生物、食品、医学等相关专业的一门基础课程.为建设适应新时代要求的国家一流本科课程,提出以提高学生创新能力为核心,提升生物化学教学的高阶性,提高教学内容和教学模式的创新性,增加学生学习生物化学的挑战度.从高阶性、创新性、挑战度3个层面培养学生深度分析、大胆质疑、勇于创新的精神和能力.
In this paper, the dynamics of protein subunits and the effects of NaHS to β-amylase are studied by means of SDS-PAGE on wheat germination process, using Triticum aestivum L.cv.Yangmai 158 for the experimental materials. Through experiments, we find that NaHS can promote the activity ofβ-amylase over a period of time (12 h), when wheat seed still on early germination. We also find that not all of the protein are involved in the formation of roots and buds, some tended to stabilize in early germination, and some protein is gradually disappeared or re-synthesis. In the early germination of wheat NaHS can promote the germination of wheat, but the GA can not afford to promote the role.
针对三学期管理模式下课程设置灵活性、多样性的特点,结合社会对生物工程人才需求的现状,指出加强实践教学的重要性,并对生物工程专业学生实践能力培养实施情况进行了相关探讨。
The theory of biochemistry is abstract.It is difficult to understand and memorize complicated pathways.If the principle of the combination of theory and practice is implemented in teaching processs of biochemistry,motivation to learn is very high since students recognize the significant value of the curriculum and are interested in studying biochemistry.The principle refers to integrating the biochemistry theory with the foundation of knowledge,real life experience,the newest achievement in science,predecessor's scientific pursuit,student's practical idealogy and so on.
