<正>彭志,珠海市平沙镇对虾养殖户,中级技工。彭志真正接触水产养殖是从养螃蟹开始。2000年,彭在江门台山承包了30亩池塘养青蟹,并在接下来的两年里接连养成赚钱。然而,2003年的超强台风"伊布都"却使得彭志的第一次水产致富梦惨痛破灭。"台风来了,海水漫过坝基,房顶都被淹没了,螃蟹也全都跑掉了,损失达30多万。"彭回忆说。
The preliminary study began with sampling and samples treatment of top-layer sediment of five different points over Dishui Lake,and was followed by experiments of adsorption kinetics and isothermal adsorption.Results indicated that adsorption of phosphorus contained in the overlying water on the sediment mostly occurred within the initial 24h and hence came to the equilibrium state;the equation of parabolic diffusion,i.e.,Ct=C0-kt1/2,could well fit the kinetic process of phosphorus adsorption;and the higher initial P concentration in the overlying water would lead to more amount of P adsorption.As to the models to describe the adsorption process,this paper noted that the Langmuir equation was more appropriate than the Freundlich equation.In addition,it was found that sediment sample collected near South Isle showed the biggest capacity of P adsorption,which meant that the sediment around here,could have stronger buffering effect against possibly increased P concentration in the water and could,at the same time,become a phosphorus storage,which should be more concerned with.
Dishui Lake water system was considered to be a gray system in this paper and the gray clustering theory was adopted to evaluate its water quality by building an evaluation system with reference to the given evaluation standards,the environmental quality standards for surface water and the classification standard for eutrophication level.The clustering coefficients were obtained after calculating the values of grade of clustering indices and weights of gray standards.Water quality grade was determined according to the maximum clustering coefficient.Water samples were collected from 11 monitoring stations in Dishui Lake in 2010 and water quality parameters were measured including DO,CODMn,BOD5,TP,TN,NH3-N,SD and Chl.a.The average values were used in evaluating the water quality.The results indicated that water qualities of Dazhihe river,which was the source of Dishui Lake,and Suitanghe river near the source belonged to grade Ⅳ toⅤ and reached eutrophic and extremely eutrophic levels,respectively.Water quality in rivers before and after the sluice belonged to grade Ⅲ and reached the eutrophic level while water quality in the lake was in grade Ⅲand at the mesotrophic level.
于滴水湖湖心采集底泥样品,对底泥中可培养优势菌种进行分离、纯化,并利用Biolog微生物自动分析系统进行鉴定.结果显示,滴水湖沉积物中菌落总数为2.43×104CFU/g,分离纯化后的8株优势菌种中,革兰氏阴性菌占87.5%,其中7株为GN-NENT(革兰氏阴性非肠遭菌)、1株为GP-ROD SB(革兰氏阳性芽孢杆菌).鉴定结果显示,8株菌种分别为:鳗鱼气单孢菌(Aeromonas encheleia)、乙酸钙不动杆菌/基因型1(Acinetobacter calcoaceticus/genospecies 1)、舒氏气单胞菌(Aeromonas schubertiiDNA group 12)、腐败希瓦氏菌B(Shewanella Putrefaciens B)、维罗纳/温和气单胞菌(Aeromonas veronii/sobria DNA group 8)、坎氏弧菌(Vibrio campbelli)、蕈状芽孢杆菌(Bacillus mycoides)和梅氏弧菌(Vibrio metschnikovii).
The distribution of cultivable organic phosphate solubilizing bacteria(OPB) and inorganic phosphate solubilizing bacteria (IPB) in the sediment of Dishui Lake and its diversion rivers was studied in 2010.Results showed that the annual average values of OPB and IPB in sediment of diversion rivers in front of the inlet gate were(2.76×10~4±1.31×10~4) and(7.19×l0~3±3.98×10~3) CFU·g~(-1), respectively;while in rivers after the gate they were(1.05×10~4±3.56×10~3) and(2.54×l0~3±8.77×10~2) CFU·g~(-1),respectively.The annual values of OPB and IPB in sediment of Dishui Lake were(6.69×10~3±2.63×10~3) and(1.66×10~3±5.83×10~2) CFU·g~(-1), respectively.In both Dishui Lake and its diversion rivers,close correlations were observed between OPB(or IPB) amount in sediment and phosphorus concentration in water.OPB or IPB amount had a significantly positive relationship with total phosphorus(TP),and the related coefficients were higher than those with bacteria,total dissolved phosphorus(TDP),and reactive phosphorus(AP).
In this paper,the correlation between chlorophyll a and some environmental factors including pH,temperature,dissolved oxygen,transparency,total phosphorus,total nitrogen,chemical oxygen demand and so on,was analyzed by regression statistical method,based on the investigation data in Dishui Lake from January to December in 2009.The spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of chlorophyll a were also analyzed.The results showed that the concentration of chlorophyll a ranged from 0.5 to 139.5 mg/m3 with the average value of(52.97±28.32) mg/m3.The highest concentration occurred in the period of April to June.Extremely significant differences of chlorophyll a existed between sampling site Ⅲ and VI,V,VI respectively and also between sampling site I and VI.In different sampling sites,the important environmental factors affecting chlorophyll a were different,thus different factors were chosen for the multiple stepwise regression.However,the relationship between lg(YChl.a) and lg(XTP) was positive,while that between lg(YChl.a) and lg(XTN/TP) was negative.The equations obtained were lg(YChl.a)=2.146+0.530 lg(XTP) and lg(YChl.a)=2.017-0.275 lg(XTN/TP),which were more practicable than the multiple stepwise regression equations.
