人文主义强调人的“自由平等”和“全面发展”.我国目前的体育教育专业发展中存在着对体育教师的培养本末倒置,体育教师“小我”意识丧失,男性体育教师占主导地位等问题,这些都违背了人文主义思想.人文主义视角下构建体育教师专业标准的策略有:尊重体育教师的“小我”意识;帮助女体育教师的专业发展;提高体育教师的重视运用能力;重视体育专业标准中的文化功能等.
The essay is based on the detailed investigations and study of the statuses of the general development, forming time,registration situation,sports club leaders,office space and activity facilities,organization activity and funding sources of the sports club in the urban agglomeration of Harbin,Daqing and Qiqihar,with the use of literature,questionnaire,interview,mathematical statistics,logic analysis and other research methods.On the basis of the study,the essay also analyzes the sports club development advantages and difficulties and problems need to be solved,and with the reference of the domestic and abroad club development experience,puts forward the corresponding opinions and suggestions to provide theoretical reference basis for the better development of sports clubs in Heilongjiang province.
By means of literature review,experiments and mathematical statistics,utilizing the myoelect ric test system,the authors have tried to describe on the spot the flat serve movement technology of the tennis players and conducted a comparative analysis.The results indicate that in the process of flat tennis serving,the deltoid muscle participate in the strength of muscle sending first.its duration is longer than other muscles and it s contribution of strength is extremely great.In the daily service training,the t raining of the explosive force and endurance on the muscle should be specially strengthened,and relevant t raining measures should be adopted according to athletes’individual differences.
