Super-Resolution(SR)imaging can increase the image resolution in spite of the detector limitation, but also bring the change of image size. In this paper, a Reduced-Reference Image Quality Assessment(RRIQA)algorithm based on the Structural Similarity Image Metric(SSIM)and Scale Invariant Feature Transform(SIFT)is proposed. This algorithm is also applicable to more referenced images. Experimental comparisons demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method and it is applicable to the condition of size changing.

Objective To explore the expressions of Galectin-3,Fascin-1,and β-catenin protein in colorectal adenocarcinoma and the relations to clinicopathologic characteristics.Methods The expressions of Galectin-3,Fascin-1,and β-catenin protein were detected in 60 cases of colorectal adenocarcinoma,30 cases of adenoma,and 30 cases of normal mucosa by microwave-EliVisionTM immunohistochemistry method,and analyzed the expressions of them and the relations to clinicopathologic characteristics.Results The expression rate of Galectin-3,Fascin-1,and β-catenin protein in CRC was 68.3%(41/60),53.3%(32/60),and 81.7%(49/60) respectively,which was 46.7%(14/30),30.0%(9/30),and 43.3%(13/30) respectively in adenoma,and 20.0%(6/30),3.3%(1/30),and 13.3%(4/30) respectively in normal mucosa,the differences had statistical significance(P0.05).The expressions of Galectin-3,Fascin-1,and β-catenin protein had statistically significant correlation with the TNM stage,invasive degree,and lymph node metastasis of colorectal adenocarcinoma(P0.05,P0.01).The expressions of Galectin-3 and β-catenin protein had statistically significant correlation with the different differentiation degree of colorectal adenocarcinoma(P0.05),but the expression of Fascin-1 protein was not related to differentiation degree of colorectal adenocarcinoma(P0.05).The expressions of Galectin-3,Fascin-1,and β-catenin protein had not statistically significant correlation with the patient's age and gender,and tumour size(P0.05).There were positive correlations between the Galectin-3 and Fascin-1 or β-catenin(r=0.728,P0.01;r=0.696,P0.01),and there was positive correlation between β-catenin and Fascin-1(r=0.507,P0.01).Conclusions The high expressions of Galectin-3,Fascin-1,and β-catenin protein in colorectal adenocarcinoma tissues are some extent correlated to the high invasive ability and lymph node metastasis,which could be used for the indexes to predict the invasion and metastasis in colorectal carcinoma potentially.

In this paper,five patterns of partner assistance to urban and rural health work,such as conglomerate medical pattern,specialist clinic center pattern,designated hospital guidance pattern,closely team managed pattern and clinical rounds across hospital pattern were introduced.Based on the practice in our hospital,this paper introduced the basic meaning specifically,main methods and implementation effect of those five patterns.And in this paper,several viewpoints were proposed.The administrative departments of public health should make a master plan for partner assistance work in two dimensions of vertical and horizontal.Both sides of partner assistance work should adhere to the principle of mutual benefit on academic evaluation and dual referral.Partner assistance work was not only a challenge,but also a chance in many aspects,such as enhancing driving force,integrating advantageous resources,improving grading diagnosis and treatment,and perfecting health information network,etc.

Objective: To investigate the expression of Ezrin in colorectal adenocarcinoma,and the relation to clincopathologic factors.Methods: The expression of Ezrin was detected in 100 cases of Colorectal adenocarcinoma,30 cases of adenoma and 30 cases of normal mucosa in MW-EliVisionTM immunohistochemistry,and analyzed the expression of them and the relation to clinicopathologic factors.Results: The positive expression rate of Ezrin was 23.3%(7/30),50.0%(15/30) and 72.0%(72/100) in normal mucosas,adenomas and Colorectal adenocarcinomas respectively,the comparative differences are significant between the three tissues(P0.05).The high expression of Ezrin correlated to the serous membrane invasion,lymph node metastasis and hepatic metastasis,but were not correlated with age,TNM stage and differentiation of cancer tissues(P0.05).Conclusion: Detecting the high expression of Ezrin was correlated to genesis,development and metastasis of Colorectal adenocarcinomas,which could play a factor to predict the invasion and metastasis of colorectal adenocarcinoma.
