城市发展随着城市资源越来越稀缺而越来越集约化,这是现代城市和现代建筑的重要特征,在有限的土地上创造出居住、工作、消费、娱乐等多层次的功能空间,建筑功能复合化的综合体是建筑设计的必然.本文在此背景下,对基础教育建筑空间进行思考,结合教育理念的转变,对基础教育建筑的设计进行复合化研究,提出建筑一体化、空间组合化、功能协同化的复合化设计策略和模式.
本文以墙承重的传统民居为例,分析了这类民居在结构安全、消防安全存在的隐患及保温隔热性能差的问题,提出了墙体、门窗、屋顶三部分的结构安全改造、消防安全改造、节能改造的适宜技术.
本文以再生粗骨料强化后对混凝土的性能影响为目的,对再生粗骨料和强化再生粗骨料的物理性能、工作性能和力学性能进行了试验研究.分析了不同取代率、不同强化溶液、原始材料的强化再生粗骨料对再生混凝土工作性能的影响.
In order to research the influence of different length-width ratio on seismic behavior of self-compacting self-stress rectangular steel tube concrete column,three specimens with different length-width ratio were fabricated in this experiment, and the seismic performance of self-compacting self-stress rectangular steel tube concrete column was analyzed respectively from the load displacement hysteresis curve,skeleton curve,ductility,energy dissipation and stiffness degradation.The result shows that the premature tearing of the fillet weld is the fundamental cause of the sharp decrease in the bearing capacity of the specimen,Therefore,in the future engineering applications,particular attention should be paid to the quality assurance of fillet welds.With the increase of the length-width ratio of specimens,the degree of fullness of the hysteretic curve decreases,which shows that there is some shear force or slip effects in the specimens with large aspect ratio during the test.With the increase of the length-width ratio of the specimen, the maximum horizontal bearing capacity is improved, in which the specimen ZJGC-2 is increased by about 7% compared with the ZJGC-1, the ZJGC-3 is increased by nearly 17%, the limit displacement is decreased,the larger the aspect ratio is, the more obvious the late fall of the skeleton curve of the corresponding specimen.With the increase of the length-width ratio of specimens,there is a downward trend in the displacement ductility and energy dissipation capacity of corresponding specimens, and the stiffness degradation is more and more obvious.It can be found from the specimen failure form that the specimen with large length-width ratio firstly appears the tear of the fillet weld, which makes a sharp decreases to the bearing capacity and stiffness of the specimen, therefore, in order to ensure that the self-compacting self-stress rectangular steel tube concrete column has enough deformation ability,it is necessary to define the length-width ratio of the section clearly.
Steel roof truss system is widely applied in the plants, workshops and large-scale public buildings, once the collapse happened, it will cause heavy casualties and huge economic losses, so it is significant to propose and establish the corresponding collapse design methods and countermeasures. In this paper, a factory steel roof truss system as an example, the finite element analysis software SAP2000 is used to simulate the progressive collapse of the plane and space steel roof system, the internal force redistribution and dynamic response of residual structures under sudden loading after initial failure of the key components critical element is studied. The results showed that for the plane steel roof truss, the initial failure of cross-end diagonal web member damage seriously weakened the shear-bearing capacity and regional rigidity of roof truss end-to-side, this will lead to the weakness of this region, and then cause the collapse chain reaction. For the spatial steel roof truss system, the damage of the key components of the roof enabled the residual structure between adjacent roof trusses to establish the main internal redistribution path through the purlin nearest to the initial failure position and with the strongest rigidity. In addition, the suspension of the purlin to some extent controlled the final collapse and deformation.

Considering insulation materials of the existing building's exterior wall system based on the practical working experience,fire risks of the insulation system and the factors influencing fire safety coefficient are analyzed.Some details of constructions to improve the performance of insulation systems are presented,including the fire barrier,the block firewall,the fire sub-compartment,full bonding practices,increasing the protective layer thickness.The fire rating and the trends of development are proposed.
