The temperature field distribution of thin-walled reinforced concrete column with T-shaped cross section exposed to fire was analyzed using ANSYS-based APDL technology. The distributing feature of the seriously damaged region is closely related to the ignition time,the way of ignition and the areas exposed to fire. The most seriously damaged region goes hand in hand with the three surface of the column exposed to fire. Thin-walled reinforced concrete column with T-shaped cross section has poor fire resistance performance,thus the fire protection measures should be taken in the practical engineering. Temperature difference along the thickness of thin-walled reinforced concrete column with T-shaped cross section exhibit the nonlinear trend,with the surface exposed to the fire rapidly incremental. Since the distribution of the fire location is symmetrical,the distribution of temperature also exhibits symmetrical feature. The research results lay the basis for further development of the strength performance of thin-walled reinforced concrete column with T-shaped cross section exposed to fire.
Slip is a core equipment of snubbing device.The downhole operation with pressure requires that the slips can fast,reliably clamp and release the string in weight pipe or light pipe situation.To meet the requirement of snubbing operation to slip,a new automatic slip structure was developed.The structure and working principle of the new automatic slip were presented in detail.The upper and lower two slip components were symmetrically installed in new automatic slip and adopting hydraulic cylinder power achieve automatically clamp and release the string.The new automatic slip unit has the advantages of fast tripping the string and high operation efficiency.The uniform power formula of slip insert was derived by establishing slip mechanical model and stress analysis of slip.Based on the mechanical analysis model of slip used in U.S.API the engineering practical algorithms,the calculation formula of slip height was obtained,and it provided a theoretical basis for further design of a reliable automatic slip of snubbing.
External wall insulation system,namely cast-in-situ concrete polystyrene board in high-rise shear wall residential projects,was taken as the research subject.In consideration of polystyrene board with three different thicknesses,thermal-structure coupling effect of extreme high temperature and rainstorm on cast-in-situ concrete polystyrene board was analyzed via the APDL parametric model and the numerical methods.The result shows that polystyrene board has great insulation performance,which means that both sides of polystyrene board have large temperature difference.However,with the increment of the thickness of polystyrene board,the large temperature difference would continuously increase with lower amplitude.The polystyrene board exhibits significant deformation under large temperature change,therefore both sides of the polystyrene board interface is liable to crack.One of the most vulnerable areas,namely around opening in a wall,gives us concerns and should be strengthened.
Considering insulation materials of the existing building's exterior wall system based on the practical working experience,fire risks of the insulation system and the factors influencing fire safety coefficient are analyzed.Some details of constructions to improve the performance of insulation systems are presented,including the fire barrier,the block firewall,the fire sub-compartment,full bonding practices,increasing the protective layer thickness.The fire rating and the trends of development are proposed.
