The balanced valve with low shearing force comes from the reform of spherical valve and control valve,and it combines with both merits of them and proposes the technical process of polymer drive.Its main features are low shearing force and adjustable nature.Field test shows that it can solve the difficult problem that standby pump for polymer injection can't be used for multi-wells in the flow course.Applications indicate that it is a good way to improve utilization rate of standby pump for polymer injection and increase quality of polymer injection.
孤东油田稠油单元油井目前多数已到了第4~5吞吐周期,周期产油和周期油汽比已跨过峰值阶段,开始逐渐下降,开发效果逐渐变差.同时稠油单元存在着边底水活跃,地层压降小的问题,无法通过实施大规模转汽驱来提高采出程度.为此通过对实施井网加密进行论理研究并进行先导试验获得较为合理的井网密度和蒸汽吞吐井距.先后在KD521和KD53单元实施,平均提高采收率4.0%,增加可采储量38×104t.
经过十几年的探索和实践,孤东油田在注聚方案优化研究、注聚区数模跟踪研究、聚合物热稳定性、聚合物抗盐等方面取得一定的进展,逐步形成了注聚前降水调压封窜调整、注聚过程中因地制宜调整注入粘度、后续水驱分层温和注水等一套具有孤东特色的矿场调整配套技术。同时强化了聚合物驱全过程的开发管理、动态监测、参数优化和跟踪调整,保证了注聚项目取得了较好的增油降水效果,为孤东原油上产和产量接替起到十分重要的作用。
