在聚合物现场应用过程中,传统的聚合物母液过滤器存在缺陷。文章论述了孤东油田研制开发聚合物自清洗过滤装置的过程。实践表明,该装置完全克服了以往过滤器的不足,具有体积小、过滤面积大、压力损失小、检修清洗便利等诸多优点,完全适合现场注聚的运行要求。

孤东七区西二元复合驱注入试验为中石化的重点先导试验项目,自2003年9月份投产以来,围绕地面注入工艺进行了探索研究,针对存在地问题不断改进工艺技术,目前已形成较完善的地面配套注入工艺,为该项目取得大良好增油效果和今后的推广应用打下了坚实基础。

The balanced valve with low shearing force comes from the reform of spherical valve and control valve,and it combines with both merits of them and proposes the technical process of polymer drive.Its main features are low shearing force and adjustable nature.Field test shows that it can solve the difficult problem that standby pump for polymer injection can't be used for multi-wells in the flow course.Applications indicate that it is a good way to improve utilization rate of standby pump for polymer injection and increase quality of polymer injection.

胜利油田具有油藏埋藏浅、压实程度差、地层砂胶结疏松、高渗透的特点.随着注水开发的深入,油井出砂越来越严重,油井含水越来越高,防砂和堵水的井次愈来愈多.目前,这两项措施是分别实施的,措施工作量大,措施费用相应增加.为了解决这一问题,在分析论证的基础上,我们提出了一种既能降低油井出水又能防止油层出砂的工艺技术,力求研制出具有防砂堵水双重效果的化学剂,并制定出相应的施工工艺,以满足孤东等油田防砂堵水的要求,减少油井事故和措施工作量,降低措施综合成本,增加原油产量,提高经济效益.
