为开发营养丰富、香酥可口、甜度适宜,具有豆渣和黑米风味的焙烤类食品,以豆渣粉、黑米粉、木糖醇为原料制作豆渣黑米曲奇饼干.通过单因素试验和正交试验,以感官评定和硬度为指标对豆渣黑米曲奇饼干进行配方优化.得到豆渣黑米曲奇饼干的最优配方(以低筋粉添加量100 g为基准):豆渣粉添加量为15%,黑米粉添加量为10%,黄油添加量为150%,牛奶添加量为70%.在此配方下饼干的感官评分为93.7,硬度为1882 g.
不同种类的神经元拥有不同类型的离子通道,离子通道的开放和关闭可以产生不同形状、频率和模式的动作电位.对动作电位的发放特性进行探究,将为生物神经系统的硬件设备开发、脑机接口技术研发等提供机理层面上的支持.采用Matlab软件,利用Izhikevich尖峰神经元模型,考察刺激电流的类型、静息膜电位和膜恢复变量等因素对神经元发放动作电位的影响.研究发现:改变静息膜电位的数值,并不影响动作电位的发放频率;增大膜恢复变量的数值,会使动作电位的发放数量增多,但仍不影响各簇动作电位的发放频率,且膜恢复变量越大,动作电位发放时间越早;在不同类型的电流刺激下,改变静息膜电位和膜恢复变量不会对动作电位的发放特性产生影响.

Fuel sloshing is the unwanted attitude disturbance of rotor aircraft which represents the force of the fuel impact the tank wall. The fuel sloshing model used for rotor aircraft represents each sloshing mode as a mass-spring-damper system. Then a nonlinear dynamic model was achieved by theoretical and empirical method to determine the relationship among the voltage, the speed of the propeller and the lift force. A sliding mode controller was developed and compared with a optimized PID controller in terms of fuel sloshing disturbance. Furthermore, the hardware in the loop simulation system with two degree of freedom was given to demonstrate the validity of the algorithms. The result shows that a little input effort can achieve a better robust performance by adopting the sliding mode controller than the PID controller.
Pollution of ground water and soil with toxic heavy metals posed a serious health risk.The detection and quantification of heavy metal ions were important in many applications,including environmental monitoring,waste management and clinical toxicology.Conventional analytical techniques for heavy metals were precise but suffer from the disadvantages of high cost,the need for trained personnel and the fact that they were mostly laboratory bound.Biosensors had the great potential for the advantages of specificity,low cost,ease of use and real time detection.
The stability of a type of Takagi-Sugeno ( T-S) fuzzy control systems is considered. The plant of T-S fuzzy system has parameter uncertainties. By using the off-axis circle criterion and Kharitonov Theorem,a sufficient condition is derived to analyze the global asymptotic stability of T-S fuzzy control system. The proposed method has a graphical explanation which facilitates stability analysis. A numerical example is also given to demonstrate how to use our approach in analyzing certain T-S fuzzy control systems.
Using hydrolyzate of hairtail waste,hairtail essence was made by Maillard reaction with some amino acid and reducing Sugar.By Single factor and orthogonal experiment,the best reaction conditions were determined as follows: Xylose-glucose mass ratio1:2,sugar dosage 8%,Glycine-glutamate mass ratio 1:3,and amino acid dosage 2%,pH 5.0,temperature 110 ℃,and the time 30 min,under which the reaction solution was Reddish-brown,clarify transparency,rich in flavor of the typical characteristics of hairtail.
Through single factors and orthogonal experiments,the best recipes and optimal process parameters of smoked cod fillets were gotten respectively.The best formula were: onion juice 2 %,sugar 5 %,salt 2 %,five-spice powder 0.5 %,ginger powder 1 %,pepper 0.3 %,the weight volume ratio of fish and water was 1∶1.5(g/mL).And the optimum process parameters were: marinated 28 h,drying time 24 h,smoked time 90 min.Under above conditions,the product prepared had a good quality.
It is a challenge that network coding achieve wide use in wireless mesh networks. Network coding must be compatible or friendly with TCP in practice. We propose a mechanism that naturally add network coding to current network systems. In our scheme, the destination feedback the degree of freedom of encoding block, and delays of packet delivery minimize reordering and timeouts. Using multipath routing, the source side can send more encode packets and the transmission rate becomes more faster, as a result, the network achieves higher throughput compared to TCP in the presence of lossy wireless links.
The Service Transport Interface(STI) has been defined to provide a standardized way of transporting DAB service components,service information and control messages in a DAB collection network.It consists of two parts: the data part,STI-D,and the control part,STI-C.This paper represents the two logic parts of STI according to the layered structure,and refers software implementation of STI.
