目的:观察庞鹤教授运用加减清胆汤治疗痰热型失眠的疗效.方法:本研究将符合纳入标准的78例患者,按随机数字表随机分为对照组和治疗组各39例.治疗组运用加味蒿芩清胆汤治疗,对照组给予口服艾司唑仑片治疗.结果:治疗后,治疗组总有效率为94.87%,对照组总有效率为76.92%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:加味蒿芩清胆汤治疗痰热型失眠的有显著疗效.
目的 研究探讨黄芪注射液联合葛根素注射液减缓和治疗肾间质纤维化、保护并改善肾脏功能的相关机制.方法 以体外正常培养的人近曲肾小管上皮细胞(HK-2细胞)作为正常组、加入TGF-β1诱导刺激48小时的为模型组、加入黄芪注射液联合葛根素注射液与TGF-β1共培养48h的为治疗组,利用Real-time PCR技术分别检测a-平滑肌肌动蛋白(alpha-smooth muscle actin,α-SMA)、E-钙粘连素(E-cadherin)、转化生长因子-β1及其受体(transforming growth factor-β1/R,TGF-β1/R)、转导蛋白3/7(Smad3/7)、骨形态发生蛋白-7及其受体(bone morphogenetic proteins-7/R,BMP-7/R)和转导蛋白5(Smad5)的基因表达.结果 与模型组相比,黄芪注射液联合葛根素注射液的治疗组中α-SMA,TGF-β1/R和Smad3/7的表达明显下降,而E-cadherin,BMP-7/R和Smad5的表达显著升高.结论 黄芪注射液联合葛根素注射液可以延缓和治疗肾间质纤维化,并对肾脏起到保护作用,其机制可能与降低肾组织TGF-β1过度表达、阻断TGF-β1/Smads信号通路和增强BMP-7的表达、激活BMP-7/Smad5通路有关.
目的:探索养血祛风汤治疗血虚风燥型湿疹的临床疗效.方法:随机抽选血虚风燥型湿疹患者86例,将其随机分成观察组和对照组,每组各43例,比较两组治疗效果.结果:观察组总有效率为97.67%;对照组有效率为76.74%.观察组患者总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:养血祛风汤治疗血虚风燥型湿疹患者,能够明显提高临床疗效.
目的:观察五苓散合升降散加味辅助治疗糖尿病肾病水肿的临床疗效.方法:收治2型糖尿病肾病水肿患者72例,随机分为两组,各36例.对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在此基础上加用五苓散合升降散加味治疗.比较两组治疗效果.结果:治疗组有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后水肿积分明显下降且优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:采用五苓散合升降散加味辅助治疗糖尿病肾病水肿疗效显著.
Objective To observe the influence of Huangqi Injection on the epithelial-myofibroblast transdifferentiation(EMT) induced by transforming growth factor β1(TGF-β1) in human renal tubular epithelial cells(HK-2) cultured in vitro,and reveal the detail effective mechanism in the treatment of renal interstitial fibrosis(RIF).Methods HK-2 cells were divided into 3 groups,and in normal group HK-2 cells were normally cultured,in model group,stimulated with TGF-β1(8×10-9 mg/L) for 48 hours,and in treatment group,cultured together with TGF-β1(8×10-9 mg/L) and Huangqi Injection(8×10-6 mg/L) for 48 hours.The morphologic changes of HK-2 were observed with the inverted phase contrast microscope,and expressions of E-cadherin and a-smooth muscle actin(a-SMA) were observed by using immunohistochemistry assay.Results The observation results of the inverted phase contrast microscope showed that the morphologic changes experienced from epithelial-like transform to fibroblast-like transform in model group,and fibroblasts decreased and a lot of epithelioid cells were observed in treatment group.The results of immunohistochemistry assay showed that the expression of a-SMA increased and expression of E-cadherin decreased in model group compared with normal group,while in treatment group,expression of E-cadherin increased and expression of a-SMA decreased compared with model group.Conclusion Huangqi Injection can inhibit to a certain extent the phenotypic alternation induced by TGF-β1 in HK-2 cells,reduce the expression of a-SMA,improve the expression of E-cadherin,and block or reverse EMT progress.
Objective To study the Pharmacological effects of different extract fractions from Guijianyu (Euonymus alatus) on diabetic rats,pursue the effective fractions,make clear the effective constituents of Guijianyu for treating diabetes,and set up the quality control standard.Methods The model of diabetic rat was established by the injection of streptozotocin(STZ).All rats were divided into the model group,treatment group and normal group.The treatment group was given the fractions of Guijianyu including petroleum ether, ethyl acetate,n-butyl alcohol,water,residue and rectified polysaccharide respectively.After 4 weeks the body weight,blood sugar(BS),blood fat,creatinine,urea,and whole blood viscosity(WBV) and whole blood reduced viscosity at high or low share rate were observed.Results The fractions of petroleum ether, water and ethyl acetate had significant anti-diabetes effect,n-butyl alcohol and rectified polysaccharide had significant reducing effect on blood creatinine,and other fractions had significant reducing effect on urea.The fraction of residue decreased significantly the content of low-density lipoprotein(LDL) and cholesterol(CH), water decreased WBV,and rectified polysaccharide increased significantly hematocrit(HCT).The body weight was put on by all fractions except rectified polysaccharide.Conclusion Different fractions of Guijianyu have different effects in anti-diabetes,anti-hyperlipidemia,improving kidney function,decreasing blood viscosity and putting on body weight.Guijianyu can be used for curing and preventing diabetes and its complications through influencing different links in the development of diabetes.
