目前桥梁拉索体系锚固技术已经很成熟,防水防腐技术也不断提高,但在阻燃防火技术方面是滞后的.该文以桥梁阻燃拉索护套材料为研究对象,对桥梁阻燃拉索护套复合材料性能进行研究.结果表明,当复合材料的配比为80%HDPE和20%阻燃母粒时,拉伸强度达到了 18.7MPa,冲击强度为18.2 kJ/m2,弯曲强度为19.2MPa,氧指数为26%,桥梁阻燃拉索护套复合材料的技术性能和阻燃效果都达到了最好.
针对目前普遍存在的系杆防水性能差、容易腐蚀的问题,设计了全防腐系杆;通过水密性试验和耐久性试验验证其可靠性,并介绍了其在南充下中坝嘉陵江大桥的应用。试验及应用结果表明:该系杆具有安全可靠、防腐性能优异等技术优点。

HDPE is commonly used as the outer sheath of cables and is an important protective layer for cables, playing a protective and anti-corrosion role, directly affecting the safe use of bridges and the lifespan of cables. The wear durability of HDPE was explored through fatigue wear performance tests of prestressed cables and steering gear, as well as friction loss tests with large sliding distances. The former focuses on micro vibration wear and conducts 2 million pulse vibration slip tests under bending stress and deflection stress to detect the degree of HDPE wear; The latter tests the friction rate between the steering gear and the HDPE sheath of the steel strand, simulating the actual force conditions, for vibration wear with a large sliding distance. Both sets of test results indicate that the wear rate of HDPE is very low, indicating that it has sufficient wear durability and can meet the general usage requirements of bridge cables. 本文介绍了世界上首座大跨径曲线桥梁非对称外倾拱桥及其系杆,一种直线弹性孔道转向器被设计应用于该桥梁。直线弹性孔道转向器放置于拉索圆弧切线处,拉索在转向器处形成的偏移量很小,可通过孔道的弹性变形达到合理的转向,依靠孔道壁的弹性压缩变形,形成适当的弯曲线形。
The Optical fiber Bragg grating £¨OFBG£© sensors in the center of die was pultruded with fiber strands in the production of Fiber Reinforced Polymer £¨FRP£© bars, and the smart FRP-OFBG bars are produced.The smart FRP-OFBG bars are placed into the parallel wire stay cable with each end bonded by epoxy resin grouts in anchors, and a new type smart parallel wire stay cable can be obtained.The strains of the smart stay cables in service can be measured coinstantaneously with deformations of smart FRP-OFBG bars and wires, which can be used to monitor safety and estimate fatigue life. The specimen tests are carried out and the experimental results show that the measure method is reliable and is a high precise measurement.
