
Based on the teaching-guide ideology of application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities,the final goal of the teaching reform of the"History of Chinese Architecture"course is to improve students'architectural literacy and aesthetic ability,and their capability to apply the theories they've learned to practice,so that they can quickly integrate into the society and adapt to the needs of professional development.By investigating three local application-oriented colleges and universities in Hubei Province and conducting a questionnaire survey,the current teaching status of the course"History of Chinese Architecture"is known,so as to explore the methods to improve the teaching of this course.According to the investigation,teachers should learn and update modern educational technology means,change teaching modes and teaching concepts,so that students can have a solid theoretical foundation in school,apply advanced methods and have a sound design foundation compared with the past,to cultivate high-quality environmental design talents who can not only uphold the essence of traditional Chinese architectural culture,but also meet the needs of social development in the 21st century.
Based on the spatial syntax theory,and from the perspective of street and site,this paper analyzed the accessibility of the TOD station-area space,the visibility of the internal space of the site,the distribution of people at the site,so as to explore the degree of connection between the site and the surrounding road system and the development potential of the site space in accordance with the TOD design case of Shimahe street in Chongqing.For TOD complexes with a large scale,complex functions,and a large crowd circulation,field investigation cannot accurately describe the complexity of the spatial structure and crowd flow,while the practice related to spatial syntax theory focuses on spatial analysis,which can precisely analyze the site space in depth from different perspectives.Through the analysis of Depth map,it's found that there are defects in the pedestrian system,with poor road connectivity,and fragmented space on the site,which provide a basis for strategy making and design scheme.This analysis method can also be used as a reference for similar designs.
Regional culture,as the core of regional humanistic spirit,reflects a unique temperament.The rapid development of modern cities has led to the rapid growth of uniform urban construction like bamboo shoots after a rain.The expression of regional culture is gradually blurred and ignored in the city.Focusing on traditional villages in Bayu,this paper studied their cultural value from four dimensions:spatial form,architectural form,local materials,and ecological environment.Also,by summarizing and refining the basic elements,supplemented by current strategies,techniques,structures,and expressions for design practice,this study attempted to restore the value identification of regional culture in modern architectural design in Bayu.
The construction of ideological and political resource database for curriculum is an important way of the ideological and political reform for digital empowered curriculum.This study explored the construction goal of ideological and political resource database for architecture courses.According to the construction path of"one portal,two platforms,three levels and eight modules",it builds an ideological and political resource database for architecture courses that integrates professional knowledge with ideological and political education,providing a digital resource platform for ideological and political education for the professional curriculum,and facilitating the construction of a"major ideological and political education"platform,improving the quality of ideological and political teaching and the effectiveness of cultivating talents.At the same time,it plays a positive role in promoting the construction of first-class architecture majors and first-class undergraduate courses,so as to improve teachers'digital literacy and digital teaching ability.
This paper conducted exploration and research on the ideological and political eduction in the"Measurement and Valuation of Construction Engineering"course of the Engineering Cost major in higher vocational colleges and,combined with the major's features,course content and teaching mode,conducted teaching design on the basis of analyzing and tapping ideological and political elements,thereby determining the educational objectives of curriculum ideological and political education.By enumerating typical cases adopted in the implementation process of curriculum ideological and political practice,it can be known that the organic combination of ideological and political elements and professional knowledge and skills,the integrated cultivation of professional ability and professional quality training,and the final linkage of human education and talent training are all realized in the teaching of professional courses.

In order to reasonably determine the stress behavior of the pile rows under the landslide thrust,based on the large-scale indoor model test,the three-dimensional numerical model of portal anti-slide piles and double-row anti-slide piles for landslide treatment was established using the ABAQUS finite element software,and the stress and deformation characteristics of the two were analyzed.The soil pressure,displacement and internal force of the pile body of the independent double-row anti-slide piles and the portal anti-slide pile support structure were comparatively analyzed.The research results showed that the displacement and internal force of the latter are significantly smaller than the former,the maximum horizontal displacement of the gantry pile is about 1/2 that of the independent double-row pile,and the maximum positive bending moment of the front and rear row piles of the gantry pile is about 2/3 that of the front and rear row piles of the independent double-row pile,which indicates that the anti-slide capacity of the gantry anti-slide pile is significantly better than the independent double-row anti-slide pile,and the stress is more reasonable.In engineering design,the gantry pile should be selected optimally for landslide control.The research results can provide reference for the design and construction of similar projects.
The traditional mountainous architecture in Chongqing follows the terrain and the conception of human living in harmony with nature.Starting with streets,courtyards and architectural parts,this paper analyzed the spatial form features of the traditional mountainous architecture in Chongqing.Then,combined with design cases,this paper discussed the inheritance and application of spatial forms of the traditional mountainous buildings in residence community design,particularly discussing the design which forms streets and courtyard space with traditional characteristics,life interest and staggered grounding space forms through the ingenious use of terrain.It's proposed that the design of a residence community should consider the specific terrain characteristics,local climate and traditional regional culture,so as to effectively inherit the traditional regional architectural characteristics.
In order to evaluate the influence of the quality and characteristics of pedestrian space in the central subway station area on its walkability,and promote the construction of satisfying pedestrian space in such area.Based on the NEWS(Neighborhood Environment Walkability Scale)model,this paper constructed a rating scale for the street pedestrian space in the central subway station area,and studied the Tianfusanjie station area of Chengdu Metro Line 1 using the spatial semantic difference questionnaire survey method(n=180)and the spatial environment annotation method.The study found that among all the indicators of the Tianfusanjie station,the functional indicator is the highest,followed by safety and comfort.The factors with higher evaluation mainly refer to the walking destination distance,walking transfer public transportation convenience,the pointing and marking system,the street visual landscape and so on.In general,the rating scale shows that the evaluation index system is feasible in scientifically and accurately evaluating the current situation of street space and exploring the outstanding characteristics of built street pedestrian space,which can provide reference for policy makers,urban planners and researchers.
This paper established the evaluation system of urban high-quality development level indicators based on the data of 35 large and medium-sized cities from 2005 to 2020,measured the value of high-quality development level,and then analyzed the coupling coordination relationship between high-quality development and house prices of cities through the coupling coordination degree model.Finally,it discussed how to adapt the urban house prices to the current urban high-quality development level and proposed countermeasures for their coordinated development.It's found that:(1)the level of high-quality urban development and urban house prices are significantly correlated,and the rankings are basically consistent;(2)the high-quality urban development level shows a trend of"high in the east and low in the west";(3)the coupling coordination between the level of high-quality development and house prices show five gradients.
As the most common disease of tunnel,lining cracks call for attentions to the treatment method,and to the key link of crack detection.Through literature research,the causes of tunnel cracks and the existing crack detection technology and corresponding shortcomings are summarized.Using the seepage effect of water in the lining cracks,a measuring method of lining crack depth is proposed,with the specific measurement equipment presented.The equipment is convenient,practical,safe,reliable,and low-cost,which provides a new idea and choice for the measurement of the tunnel crack depth.

The problem of urban drainage seriously restricts social progress and urban development,which is one of the key issues in the urbanization process today.This paper presents an urban intelligent automatic control drainage system,which integrates a self-designed real-time water level monitoring and drainage acceleration device with a drainage site information management platform and a user application APP,realizing the real-time water monitoring,the working state control of drainage facilities,the optimized scheduling of urban intelligent drainage and the management and sharing of hydrological data.It can not only optimize the treatment of urban drainage problems,but also improve the city's emergency response capabilities and enhance the sense of security of urban residents.
This paper mainly studied the implementation and evaluation of the"Landscape Architecture Design"course based on PBL model in Hexiang Tea House project in Qixingyan,Zhaoqing.The curriculum reform is problem-oriented through the way of setting plot and scenario play,aiming to cultivate students'teamwork spirit,problem solving and innovation ability.It is found that students have improved their teamwork spirit and problem solving ability after experiencing the role change in the course.The self-reflection and assessment sessions reinforce students'reflection on the whole learning process.The results showed that the course of Landscape Architecture Design based on PBL model can effectively cultivate students'relevant abilities,and enhance their understanding and application of practical design requirements.
Compared with general civil engineering projects,the new project for a modern large comprehensive grade-A tertiary hospital is complex,professional and requires deep cooperation between various professions.This paper analyzed the advantages and shortcomings of applying the EPC model in the construction of a modern large comprehensive grade-A tertiary hospital,with suggestions proposed for the EPC general contracting model today in China.
Based on"Conservation and Design of Landscape Architecture Heritage",the core course of the Landscape Architecture major of the Construction School of Guangdong University of Technology,this paper discussed how to integrate the ideological and political concepts into the course teaching,and explored the course reform by combining the actual situation of the local landscape architecture heritage—the Xinghu Scenic Spot in Zhaoqing.This paper analyzed the connotation and significance of the ideological and political ideas of the curriculum,put forward the objectives and principles of the curriculum reform,designed the specific contents and ways of the curriculum reform,evaluated the effect and significance of the curriculum reform,and presented some suggestions for further improving the curriculum reform,aiming to provide some references and enlightenment for the curriculum construction and teaching reform of the landscape architecture major.
The third floor of an"L"type two-storey frame structure in Xichang city needs to be reconstructed as a large-span centralized control center.There are four structural schemes formed by reconstructing the lower two floors into frame shear or added with BRB,and building the third floor from steel columns,concrete columns,steel beams,concrete roofs and light steel roofs,etc.Through comparative analysis on the calculation index,cost and other aspects of the four schemes,the optimal scheme was selected,which can be used as reference for similar projects.
In order to study the excavation deformation law of a loess deep foundation pit with a pile anchor support structure,MIDAS/GTS was used to conduct numerical simulation analysis considering the factors such as the support structure,initial geostress and soil physical and mechanical parameters.Through calculation,the horizontal displacement of the retaining pile,the soil settlement around the foundation pit,the axial force of the anchor cable,and so forth under different excavation conditions were analyzed.The results showed that the deformation values of the foundation pit and the axial force of anchor cable increase gradually with the rise of the excavation depth,and their values are within a reasonable range,which proves that the design is feasible.However,the overall deformation of the foundation pit is relatively small,the design is relatively conservative,and there is some room for optimization.Through numerical simulation,the deformation of foundation pit excavation can be predicted,providing a certain guarantee for the safe construction of the foundation pit.
This paper analyzed the defects in structural reinforcement projects,such inexperienced designers,unqualified construction,unreasonable pricing,substandard reinforcement materials,etc.It's suggested to intensify personnel training,emphasize testing reports,prohibit unqualified construction,improve the basis of pricing,strengthen material testing,and so forth,which can provide reference for further standardizing the construction of structural reinforcement.
