目的:探讨足月儿与早产儿血浆肌酸激酶同工酶( CK - MB)、肌红蛋白( MYO)、脑钠肽(BNP)、肌钙蛋白 I(cTnI)水平变化及其临床意义。方法选取2012年10月—2013年2月深圳市人民医院无宫内窘迫、产时窒息的新生儿89例,按胎龄分为早产儿组(59例)和足月儿组(30例)。测定两组出生30min 血浆 CK -MB、MYO、BNP、cTnI 水平。结果足月儿组血浆 CK - MB、MYO 水平高于早产儿组,差异有统计学意义( P ﹤0.05),两组血浆 BNP 水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P ﹥0.05);两组 cTnI ﹤0.05ng/ ml 的发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P ﹥0.05)。结论足月儿血浆 CK - MB、MYO 水平高于早产儿,制定参考范围时应参考胎龄。
Objective To observe the dynamic expression changes of microRNA(miR)-146a and miR-29 in neonatal rats with acute lung injury (ALI) induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS),and to explore their influence on ALI.Methods Totally 80 newborn rats aged 7 days were randomly assigned into the LPS group and control group.Intraperitoneal injection of endotoxin(5 mg/kg) was done to establish neonatal rat model of ALI in the LPS group.Rats in the control group were intraperitoneally injected with 0.1 mL 9 g/L saline.Lung tissue and blood specimens from newborn rats were taken at 6 hours,1 day,3 days and 7 days after treatment.Lung pathological changes were observed,and the levels of serum tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α) were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.The relative expressions of lung tissues miR-146a and miR-29a were determined by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction.Results The lung tissue hematoxylin-eosin staining indicated ALI in the LPS group.Compared with the control group,the levels of serum TNF-α and lung tissue miR-146a showed high expression (P < 0.05),while the miR-29a was significantly reduced (P < 0.05).Conclusions Differential expressions of miR-146a and miR-29a have an important role in neonatal rat ALI.The key targets may provide new targets for early clinical diagnosis and treatment of ALI,as well as research and development of new medicine.
Amplitude-integrated electroencephalogram( aEEG) is a kind of simplified graphic,used to strengthen the neural function monitoring,which can reflect the state of brain function through continuously monitoring brain electrical activity. aEEG,because of its simple operation and convenient bedside monitoring, is regarded as a suitable tool to evaluate neonatal brain function and prognosis in clinical. Currently,aEEG is mainly used for evaluating the prognosis of hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy and seizures of full term,also periventricular leukomalacia and intraventricular hemorrhage in preterm neonates. Here is to make a review of the aEEG principle,interpretation methods,clinical implications,limitations and possible future development directions.
