本试验旨在探讨静脉注射丙泊酚复合利多卡因对犬手术镇痛作用,继而探索出丙泊酚复合硬膜外麻醉对犬的可行性.本试验共分为两组:丙泊酚复合硬膜外利多卡因为Ⅰ组(丙泊酚麻醉诱导量6 mg/kg体重,维持剂量0.4 mg/kg/min,麻醉稳定后,硬膜外注射6 mg/kg体重的利多卡因);静脉连续输注丙泊酚为Ⅱ组(丙白酚诱导麻醉6mg/kg体重,麻醉维持剂量0.71 +0.6 mg/kg/min),进行腹腔探查术,评价麻醉犬的镇痛效果及疼痛指标.结果显示,丙泊酚复合硬膜外麻醉的镇痛效果较好,疼痛指标变化幅度小,麻醉时间适宜,可以完成腹部手术,未见有不良反应.
The purpose of this experiment is to evaluate the anesthetic effect of the infusions of rompum,midzolam and fentanyl combination by microinjection pump at a constant rate.Six healthy mature dogs were injected with the speed of 0.53 mg/kg,0.2 mg/kg,0.13 μg/kg,until the dog naturally fell to the ground and then received microinjection pump,speed for 22.2 μg/kg/min,8.3 μg/kg/min,5.5 ng/kg/min,continuous infusions for 1 h.Simultaneously,effects of sedation,analgesia and muscle-relaxation body temperature,respiration and heart rate,blood oxygen saturation,noninvasive blood pressure and other indicators were monitored.The results show that anesthesia induced with the three drugs was quick and continuous infusions were smooth.Organism reflection was weakened quickly and existed continuously.The sedative,analgesic and skelaxin effect were good.Compared with preanesthesia,RR and SpO2 were not significantly changed during the anesthesia period(P0.05).HR and SAP were significantly lower than the base titre at individual time point(P0.05).MAP,DAP and T were extremely significantly lower than the base titre at individual time point(P0.01),but all the titres were in the normal physiologic range.It suggested that the single anesthesia was quick,the anesthesia with continuous infusions was smooth,cardiovascular,respiratory system and body temperature was small,and stage of palinesthesia was quick.Adverse reactions were not seen during the whole process.
The main purpose of this study was to demonstrate that the affect of respiratory system and anesthetic effect during combined epidural-propofol anesthesia.The study was carried out on 12 dogs who were allocated to one of two groups.Group 1 received epidural-propofol anesthesia,and in Group 2 received an intravenous infusion of propofol.The mean GroupⅠhave good anesthetic effect and a little impact on the respiratory system.GroupⅡhave good anesthetic effect and a larger impact on the respiratory system.It suggested that epidural-propofol anesthesia was quick and smooth,and a little impact on respiratory system,and stage of palinesthesia was quick.Adverse reactions were not seen during the whole process.
The purpose of this trial was to study the blood gas effects,determine the changes in the depth of anesthesia and evaluate the safety and feasibility about intravenous lidocaine and lidocaineand Fentanyl on isoflurane anesthesia in dogs.Methods: Six healthy hybrid dogs were divided into lidocaine and lidocaine-fentanyl group,and the femoral artery was punctured to get 0.5 mL blood for blood gas analysis.Results and analysis: the pH of the lidocaine-fentanyl group after 10 min was statistically significantly lower than at 0 min.Summary: integrated blood gas analysis and clinical manifestations showed that intravenous injection of lidocaine and fentanyl had good anesthetic and analgesic effects and was safe for isoflurane anesthetized dogs.
利多卡因为酰胺类中效局麻药,在体内不受胆碱酯酶的影响,局麻特点为起效快、穿透性强、弥散广,无明显的血管扩张和组织刺激作用,持续时间长.利多卡因可抑制心室自律性、缩短不应期,故临床常用于室性心率失常的治疗.静脉注射利多卡因具有镇痛、抗炎、抗痛觉过敏、减少术后疼痛的作用,还可用于全身麻醉[1].这种药物的优点是成本低、易得到和安全[2].静脉注射利多卡因复合吸入麻醉在人医是一项广泛应用的麻醉技术,但在宠物犬临床上少见,本试验采用静脉注射利多卡因及利多卡因复合芬太尼的方法对犬异氟醚吸入麻醉效果进行观察,从而为兽医临床麻醉应用提供参考.
