The main purpose of this study was to demonstrate that the affect of respiratory system and anesthetic effect during combined epidural-propofol anesthesia.The study was carried out on 12 dogs who were allocated to one of two groups.Group 1 received epidural-propofol anesthesia,and in Group 2 received an intravenous infusion of propofol.The mean GroupⅠhave good anesthetic effect and a little impact on the respiratory system.GroupⅡhave good anesthetic effect and a larger impact on the respiratory system.It suggested that epidural-propofol anesthesia was quick and smooth,and a little impact on respiratory system,and stage of palinesthesia was quick.Adverse reactions were not seen during the whole process.
试验选用隆朋-氟哌利多-布托啡诺-咪达唑仑按一定比例复合对猫进行一次性肌肉给药,观察复合剂对猫麻醉后生物反射、麻醉诱导时间、麻醉维持时间、苏醒时间及麻醉后心肺功能变化。试验结果表明,该复合剂对猫麻醉效果确实,对循环、呼吸系统影响轻微,镇痛时间维持在30~40min,麻醉时间1.5h左右,复苏时间3.5h,能满足临床大部分对猫手术的麻醉需要。
The purpose of this trial was to study the blood gas effects,determine the changes in the depth of anesthesia and evaluate the safety and feasibility about intravenous lidocaine and lidocaineand Fentanyl on isoflurane anesthesia in dogs.Methods: Six healthy hybrid dogs were divided into lidocaine and lidocaine-fentanyl group,and the femoral artery was punctured to get 0.5 mL blood for blood gas analysis.Results and analysis: the pH of the lidocaine-fentanyl group after 10 min was statistically significantly lower than at 0 min.Summary: integrated blood gas analysis and clinical manifestations showed that intravenous injection of lidocaine and fentanyl had good anesthetic and analgesic effects and was safe for isoflurane anesthetized dogs.
利多卡因为酰胺类中效局麻药,在体内不受胆碱酯酶的影响,局麻特点为起效快、穿透性强、弥散广,无明显的血管扩张和组织刺激作用,持续时间长.利多卡因可抑制心室自律性、缩短不应期,故临床常用于室性心率失常的治疗.静脉注射利多卡因具有镇痛、抗炎、抗痛觉过敏、减少术后疼痛的作用,还可用于全身麻醉[1].这种药物的优点是成本低、易得到和安全[2].静脉注射利多卡因复合吸入麻醉在人医是一项广泛应用的麻醉技术,但在宠物犬临床上少见,本试验采用静脉注射利多卡因及利多卡因复合芬太尼的方法对犬异氟醚吸入麻醉效果进行观察,从而为兽医临床麻醉应用提供参考.
为了研究易皮康注射液的一般毒性,试验采用改进的寇氏法测定小白鼠皮下注射易皮康的半数致死量(LD50),通过剂量递增染毒法检测其对小白鼠的蓄积毒性和耐受性,用家兔进行局部刺激试验。结果表明:LD50为129.57 mg/kg,95%的可信限为106.66~157.40 mg/kg;对小白鼠无明显蓄积毒性和耐受性,有轻微的局部刺激反应。
